Top skill is to be able to handle bullying and mean workplace. A very very high emotional intelligence! No place for sensitive and very honest people. That reminds me of the need to be able to manipulate people! Workplace not going to be fit for all types!

Hey Shatakshi, Im and 2022 passout and I'm currently working as a software developer. I make around 11lpa. I've figured out pretty quickly coding is not something I wanna do forever and wanna work in a more client facing/generalist kinda role. In the future I want to work in business consulting/product management. Do you reckon I should try to prepare for CAT now only or should I save up as much as I can and then go for a foreign MBA after 5-6 years workex?

Hello mam,I graduated from christ university(BBA) and got placed at one of the big 3,I worked there for 2 years and now I want to quit the job to peruse my MBA,but I don't know to do it,which college to join,shall I go abroad,shall I give CAT or GMAT,is 2 years work ex enough to get into a good b school,and yes I actually wanted to get into google after my MBA for any business roles as they are more work friendly and has healthy work life balance,so mam this is my plan but I don't know how to achieve it,can you please guide me through,by letting me know what to do after the 2 year work ex??thank you for reading😊
I think you should give gmat and do your mba from foreign because you have work experience and yor are a allumni of Christ banglore that's why your profile is also good so best of luck for future

I really think.. being a teenager nowdays.. the prominent skill that we r lacking on is creativity and emotional intelligence...
