Since the final exams for spring 2022, I sing this hymn before every final exam, and from fall 2022 onwards it extends to every single exam. This was because when I struggled on an assignment in spring 2022 and sang this, and comfort came for me.
Thanks in deed for this wonderful song..I woke up this Sunday morning and found myself singing this song in my dream .so I told myself that I need nobody else but only The Lord JESUS CHRIST .be blessed

Hymns of Grace God Bless You, God bless my new church Grace Community Church. I am an ex pentecostal/charismetic musician/worship leader, and it has been quite the journey getting here. I left my church couple months ago, confronted leadership with doctrine, and they found it inconvenient. But both the teachings, and theologically rich songs have been so uplifting for my soul and spirit. I am learning new songs. I hope to join this wonderful team one day, God willing. Simply sitting down to receive, and to grow in my faith, which has been stagnant from the beginning. God is amazing, His provision for salvation is incredible. God bless you all.

I am not afraid for my future nor for anything I need.
When Joseph the Dreamer was in Egypt alone, one phrase stood up, "God is with Joseph." Nothing less, nothing more. Likewise, God is with me. I don't need to be afraid of.
Why should I ask God, I need Thee while He is with me? That is an insult to Him.
The LORD said in Matthew 6:7and 8,
7“And when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do. For they think that they will be heard for their many words.
8¶“Therefore do not be like them. For your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him.
Why should I pray like others, even before I utter words, God already knew what I asked for? That is also an insult to God if I don't believe in Him.
John 15:7“If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you willfn ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.
God will not be late in answering prayer. I know Him and He knows me more than I know myself.
2 Timothy 2:13
13If we are faithless,
He remains faithful;
He cannot deny Himself.
I don't need to stress myself. That also is an insult to God.
Let's not get caught up with technical terms. We both have Him and need Him. We wouldn't be able to have Him, if we didn't need Him. Needing Him vs Having Him are both very important PARADOXICAL truths. While we have all of Him, we also NEED Him, and both truths can be found biblically.
@@david8252 that's true, I just prefer not to pray like others do nor to sing like others do because the LORD Jesus in Matthew 6:5-8 before I utter words, God knows it already as well as what's in my heart, so I prefer to be silent instead of imitating others.
Our Father delight we children ask from Him as it show we depend on Him. Matthew 7:7 Ask, and it shall be given you. Scripture show God command us to ASK from heavenly Father. AMEN.
