Actually he was given an unfair proportion of ballots....if you watched the full episode, kwangsoo won a handful of ballots legitimately bt haha threatened him to give up some of his ballots by exposing a video or picture of him so kwangsoo gave haha and si young the ballots lol.. And then they made an unfair distribution of ballots as well where they issued themselves a challenge where if the farmer could recognise kwangsoo, the amount of ballots tht kwang soo would get is lower than the amount of ballots tht haha and siyoung would win if the farmer couldn't recognise kwang soo

I was actually shocked at this moment even if he totally deserved it.
