Awesome wildlife photos! All of these are great. I like 3 and 4 a lot. I like the contrast between the soft grass background and the sharp focus you have on the bird. The texture really stands out. The colors blend in well together too. I like 4 a lot because of the framing and the sharp focus on the gator. Nice work!
#2! I love the clear reflection and that the background is white. Simple and artistic. Your wildlife photos are incredible! It looks so fun! Makes me want to get a telephoto lens.
How about bird #1, bird #2? Lol. The red beak one: gallinule. White beak: a coot. There was a snowy egret and white ibis. I think the other one was a heron like you mentioned. :)

Thanks, I’m using a monopod from “Manfrotto” - the back says “mmcompact 8k”. Not sure if that means anything but it’s the only details on it.

How’s the auto focus on this lens? I have a Tamron 150-500mm, and the autofocus to shoot birds isn’t good.
It’s ok, it doesn’t hit all the time but I think it’s because of the a7iii. I just got the A7rv and I’m hoping the autofocus will be better.
