No doubt there's no reservations here in CA, but it's totally upto you, your luck how much you're going to achieve after passing CA.. but UPSC has its own pride.. and in my opinion upsc is tougher than CA(no offense plz, I myself is a ca student)

Hello, I am not sure about the city you are asking as I am from North India. However, online and satellite coaching are available these days and you can get best teacher's coaching in your city only.

If your goal is to do IAS after CA, start preparing your basics from today only. For detailed information check on internet, but can give some suggestions: 1. Read NCERT books of History, Geography, Civics, Economics from std 6 to 10th. 2. Read news paper like The Hindu daily. 3. Work on your maths, english, quants (like in CAT) If you do some of this stuff daily, it will help a lot when you actually start your preps for Civil Services.
Its upto your capabilities. You can atleast start basic things like General Knowledge, reading newspapers, reading other books for light reading on the side.

In India salary of a fresher ranges from Rs. 30k to 150k. But no matter what is the beginning, the future for every CA is bright.
