    Lessons :
    1) You have to interact and communicate to learn how to tackle people.
    2) What matters is your aptitude & attitude.
    3) Spend 4-5 hrs of quality time that's enough.
    4) Coaching might help (choose a/c to yourself).
    5) Have patience & perserverance it is basic for your Civil Service journey.

Those who clear civil services like this guy are the ones who really give justice to the job....those who clear with just reading books and reading editorials and magazines..and classes most probably end up collapsing under pressure.......you need to have that ability in you to handle what the job throws at you and that comes only with life experiences not just reading books...it comes with handling situations...not solving mocks...

I agree that hardwork for these long hours might not be needed back then, but when the crowd appearing for this exam has increased and someone else out there is putting extra hours to be in that 800/5-6lakh. You are automatically pushed to put a hour extra to earn a little extra is what my perspective tells me. This talk is really helpful ♥️. Thank you.
