TV Spot Collection (upscaled with audio remastered) for Timothy Dalton's James Bond films starting in 1987, "The Living Daylights" and then "Licence To Kill" in 1989. Dalton can also be seen in "The Lion in Winter," Wuthering Heights," "Flash Gordon," the BBC 1983 version of Jane Eyre," "Hawks," "The Rocketeer," "Hot Fuzz," "Penny Dreadful," and DC Comics' "Doom Patrol" among other projects.
Licence To Kill was released on July 14th, 1989 and starred Timothy Dalton as James Bond 007, Robert Davi as the villain, Sanchez, Benicio Del Toro, Talisa Soto, Frank McRae, Wayne Newton and the sexy, Carey Lowell. Desmond Llewelyn had a larger role a "Q," actually joining Bond on his mission of revenge after Felix Leiter (David Hedison) is brutally attacked on his wedding day. This is one of my favorite Bond films and features explosive action and an exciting score by Michael Kamen (Die Hard).
Tagline - "How many times can one man make you breathless?"
TV Spot collection I remember seeing summer 1989, when films such as Lethal Weapon 2, Batman, Star Trek V The Final Frontier, Ghostbusters 2 and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade were released. What a great time and fun summer that was...
James Bond returns in 2021 with Daniel Craig final film, "No Time To Die."

I was one of them back in the day that thought Timothy Dalton was a good bond when it was popular to slate him. The Living Daylights and License to kill are my two favourite bond films along with Goldeneye and Casino Royale.

Licence to Kill was one of the most under-marketed Bond films in the United States upon its release in 1989. Its dark and violent tone earned the film a PG-13 rating, but it also didn't help that several big movies were also debuting that summer as well. They were:
    "Batman"
"Back to the Future, Part II"
    "Ghostbusters II"
"Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade"
    "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids"
    "Look Who's Talking"
Yet ever since '89, Licence to Kill has become regarded as one of the all-time Bond classics among fans.
