It does adjust. I don't know the actual instructions for this part. I did take the cover off, wash it and change the strap location. I believe I may have just pushed the straps through the holes. 🤷
We have this swing and have replaced the batteries twice and this things will not swing!! It will swing for like 5 mins and then it stops. What is the issue? Anyone else had this problem?
@@robintaylor313 yes! I contacted the company and explained the situation and they sent us a refund check for it because they didn't have any in stock in the warehouse! I sat on hold for a quite a bit waiting for my call to be answered but they were phenomenal! We went and bought a different swing from the same company that has a lot more features and plugs into the wall so no more batteries.
