But the amount of sugar in three cups of coffee (remember, what people say 'coffee' often are actually dessert made of coffee) can be high. If there is 15g of sugar in a cup, you almost reach the limit of 50g per day. Edit: I just checked: in a 16oz cup of Starbucks frappucino there is 50g of sugar. that's crazy.
No. Coffee/Caffeine does not stunt growth. It's just adult saying to their kids not to drink coffee so they wont get caffeine and get hyper as a result🤣
