This panel is wonderful. I was at Steel City Con and I had to miss it by the time I made it back from the hotel to the convention center because the entire room was packed. The convention was completely oversold and overcrowded, but I cannot complain because I was able to meet Gaten at both the autograph table and the photo op. For those who haven’t met him: he’s one of the most humble, kind, infectiously positive and optimistic people I’ve ever interacted with. He’s a sweetheart. He was blown away that I brought playbills all the way to Pittsburgh from his two latest New York musicals that I was blessed to attend. He mentions Dear Evan Hansen here but he was also in a limited one-week run of Parade at New York City Center, for those who didn’t know. I am seeing him in Sweeney Todd next month and I’m crossing my fingers I’ll meet him again. At Steel City, he was treating me almost like a long-lost friend or relative, especially once I told him my brother is a Broadway drummer. He didn’t make me feel like the completely unimportant stranger that I am. He was so kind to me, and it meant a lot to me because his acting and journey in life inspires me to keep playing my guitar and painting, even when it feels easier to just give up.
I'm sorry you had an awful time. I saw the huge lines outside. It was definitely unorganized as all hell. But, my group got there around 9 AM and it went well, except for not knowing where to go with the photo ops and autographs. IMO I think they need to be in a larger convention center when there are so many huge actors! Also, the employees gave different information, which made it even more frustrating
That happened to me for the second time Portland hosted Walker Stalker/Villian con, 2018. The lines were out into the street & bombarding the other venues. Online it said limited tickets, but that was a lie. Wiz con was better the two times I went. More organized.
I got there early and was able to do everything i wanted.. the hobbits and these guys... no wonder it was packed. This was my first comic con so I'm not sure what's normal
The con was so chaotic that I missed both the Sunday panels! Thank you so much!
eduardo is the person i would tell all my life problems to

No. I am not reading that
@@Vlogs_miranda Nobody asked you to...
@@Vlogs_miranda Don't make it my problem that your generation are too brain-dead and illiterate to read more than a single sentence at a time.
@@morgangiosa7515i read it all, and never give up on what you truly desire to be!!
Dear Evan Hansen is such a great musical in person, but even the movie is amazing! It’s very heart felt! Love this for you!
I was the third person to ask the question, I loved their responses for all of the questions though! 5:09

Will you have videos for the panels at this weekend's Steel City Con?
Yes. Though there was a power outage during the Cheers panel, so that one is iffy.
When will the PAula Abdul be available?
Saturday, more than likely.
The con was so crowed

The worst con yet....way to over packed. was not fun at all

@@kaylah720 Definitely more busy than usual. Usually, there's one or two major reunions and this one had soooooo many. I still had fun though!
