So, the one who actually created the circus is Caine (The mouth guy), and Pomni is not a clown, she is a jester. Edit: Pomni is the newest member, not the first. The first person to join the circus is Kinger, and again Caine is the one that created it.
Well they say he is “supposedly the first”. In one scene before the end you see other abstracted characters, and one of them could’ve been there for much longer than Kinger. But if you’re talking about the character who’s been there the longest and is still sane, then probably.

My sister showed me this. I don’t why you think it’s supposed to be scary, In my opinion, it was really random… and a bit interesting. But for a video made on UA-cam (or whatever streaming platform this was originally added to) the animation looks like something out of a legit TV show.
