in order to ensure strict privacy, the person at the front desk downstairs ensures that guests don't see any other guests in the hallways. They'll keep you locked in your rooms and let you out when they can ensure that all other guests are out of your way.
It depends on the place. It never happened to me and I’ve been to like 5 different love hotels
That is horrifying that you can’t leave without calling the front desk.
That means if a girl changes her mind about being there with a guy it’s almost impossible to leave without him letting her.
Its all private until you realise theres a camera in the room back to the office. Hahaha

It’s crazy that people have to call the front desk to leave. Imagine a girl realizes the guy is crazy and wants to leave but the guy wouldn’t let her use the phone 🙄 that’s suuuper dangerous and scary

I’ve lived here (Hokkaido) just over 20 years and never gotten around to using a love hotel. I’ll have to tell the wife I wanna try one, it looked more interesting than a regular one….except I’d miss having a window.
