My family and I are apostolic. My wife and I were not raised apostolic, but have been for 30 years. Our three children have been raised in church. 2 boys and 1 daughter. She is 14 and has never had her hair cut. I loved the way you answered the questions concerning your hair and dress beliefs. Thank you for leading a Godly life in front of the world.

Praise the Lord! Girl I just found your channel a few weeks ago. I am a Christian as well, (Fundamental, Independent Baptist specifically) and I am ridiculed all the time for wearing only skirts and dresses. I’ve explained conviction and personal choice and the world sometimes just finds it peculiar. But, the Bible does call us a peculiar people. Today I found this video and didn't realize for a bit into it that it was four years old. The funny part for me is that I just bought the same lamp you have from Hobby Lobby. I guess it's been a good seller for them to continue to sell it. I am really enjoying them in my home. I too am a Mom to three sons.

We are beautiful daughters of the king! I have been raised the same way my whole life It is what I believe I have struggled with people judging me and bullying in school and at work but I wouldnt change it for a thing! Lol I dont miss people asking me to take my hair down I would almost always have it piled up high so i look a little taller haha.

After years of having a shorter Pixie cut, I read some scripture last year that really convicted me that I needed to grow my hair out. I love your long hair!

I actually came across you while I was walking on my treadmill. I felt you are so inspiring, it lit a fire under me and I've been cleaning like crazy. One thing I noticed of people that clean, it's so easy for them. Then I realized that they don't have all the clutter I have! So I've been decluttering too!

I also ONLY wear skirts and dresses and it is sometimes hard when I go to school I feel like people criticize me or say stuff behind my back but I just ignore them and pray about it. 💒❤️ Ignore the haters!! Especially when you get hate comments. 📲 They just see how you are different! 🕊 and how you shine!✨ I always say to myself: “Haters are my motivators” ☺️

I do still wear pants, but I won't wear shorts and if I ever do they'll have to be knee length. Maybe one day I'll wear just dresses and skirts and ditch the pants. I'm not forsure just yet. Lol.

@@jennybegs women in Pentecostal and Holiness churches wear only dresses and skirts. Because they consider pants mens apparel. Just as US custom men don't wear skirts or dresses they are considered women's apparel. But there are increasing churches in other denomination that women wear shorts and pants to church. So it becomes a personal conviction ,it is a choice to worship God even down to clothes. But for some other denomination , they say it's in the heart not apparel. So it all goes down to what do you personally believe because one day we will give account to God himself, will he be pleased with us??

I think it’s great that you are standing up for your beliefs! I also believe that women should look like ladies and I dress modestly myself. It’s getting harder to find things that are appropriate to wear. Maybe you can do a video on where you find your dresses and skirts.
So do y'all never buy ice cream or popsicles at the grocery store since it takes you an hour to get there or do you risk it all and hope that it doesn't melt? 🤔😂 Sorry, I'm pregnant and food is almost always on my mind. 🤣
We used to take a very small cooler and when done shopping just buy a bag of ice and set it in cooler and put in ice cream and lunch meat and yogurt and chocolate, and when we got home it was still frozen and we had a bag of ice for the freezer!
Coffee & Littles We take an esky in summer. I'm in the suburbs in Australia, it's 45 mins to get milk, further for a proper shop. (We buy long life milk for ease)
I just take a cooler if I am worried about the temperatures. I typically buy enough cold items to fill a standard cooler (milk, meat, cheese, frozen veg, etc). I don’t buy ice for it or anything. All the cold stuff packed in tightly together keeps itself cold. ☺️ My in laws used one of those cold/hot bags with the metallic insulation when they lived an hour from town. Bonus is it works on carryout pizza too! (It’s kind of a bummer to get home and find the carry out pizza is lukewarm and chewy.)

Wow my husband and I have such a similar situation as y'all. We dated for two months and were engaged for two months before getting married. Like you said, when you know, you know. Especially when the Lord's hand is in it😊 love how you explained some things regarding your beliefs.
I just discovered this video; it showed up on my “home” page of You Tube. I DID watch the whole thing- under 20 minutes is just fine. Ive been a Christian for over 50 years (I’m 68). It’s terrific to see you living what you learn in scripture. As for being a stay at home mom, I’ll tell you what I told my daughter-in-law: in focusing on your children, family and home, you are actually doing the most important job on the planet- raising the next generation in society. As for your hair: yes it is your covering and women are to have long hair. But the Bible does NOT say “never cut it”, and it does not give a definition of how long is “long”. If your hair is your glory, I would think that means you want to have beautiful, healthy-looking hair. So I would recommend occasionally trimming the wispy unhealthy ends off. The hair next to your head is the “newest” hair, and the ends of your hair are the “oldest” and not as healthy. Your first trim could be about 3-4 inches and after that just trim an inch or so a year. Your hair will truly be a long glory... and you’d still be obeying scripture. As for skirts, that’s NOT unusual! I’m from Southern California and lots of women there wear skirts! if you are riding a horse or working outside, there could be a time that pants would actually be MORE modest, and there are feminine pants that are loose-fitting and appropriate. I love you wearing modest clothes.... I do too- the GREAT advantage is never having to be concerned about what’s showing:) Great job on the video- I just realized that these are what Titus 2:3-4 are about. You are young but can be a good influence on younger women and girls. God bless you.

We are beautiful daughters of the king! I have been raised the same way my whole life It is what I believe I have struggled with people judging me and bullying in school and at work but I wouldnt change it for a thing! Lol I dont miss people asking me to take my hair down I would almost always have it piled up high so i look a little taller haha.

I actually came across you while I was walking on my treadmill. I felt you are so inspiring, it lit a fire under me and I've been cleaning like crazy. One thing I noticed of people that clean, it's so easy for them. Then I realized that they don't have all the clutter I have! So I've been decluttering too!
I just started watching your videos and I love it! Mostly because I can relate to you so much. I am also a Christian I’m 12 years old I started going to church when I just turned 9. I also ONLY wear skirts and dresses and it is sometimes hard when I go to school I feel like people criticize me or say stuff behind my back but I just ignore them and pray about it. 💒❤️

I'm sorry you've been made fun of for wearing skirts and dresses. ☹ I think you dress beautifully! 😍 I have learned more about modestly over the past few months and I'm thankful for learning the truth. I do still wear pants, but I won't wear shorts and if I ever do they'll have to be knee length. Maybe one day I'll wear just dresses and skirts and ditch the pants. I'm not forsure just yet. Lol.

@@jennybegs women in Pentecostal and Holiness churches wear only dresses and skirts. Because they consider pants mens apparel. Just as US custom men don't wear skirts or dresses they are considered women's apparel. But there are increasing churches in other denomination that women wear shorts and pants to church. So it becomes a personal conviction ,it is a choice to worship God even down to clothes. But for some other denomination , they say it's in the heart not apparel. So it all goes down to what do you personally believe because one day we will give account to God himself, will he be pleased with us??

I think it’s great that you are standing up for your beliefs! I also believe that women should look like ladies and I dress modestly myself. It’s getting harder to find things that are appropriate to wear. Maybe you can do a video on where you find your dresses and skirts.
So do y'all never buy ice cream or popsicles at the grocery store since it takes you an hour to get there or do you risk it all and hope that it doesn't melt? 🤔😂 Sorry, I'm pregnant and food is almost always on my mind. 🤣
We used to take a very small cooler and when done shopping just buy a bag of ice and set it in cooler and put in ice cream and lunch meat and yogurt and chocolate, and when we got home it was still frozen and we had a bag of ice for the freezer!
When we shop out of town we take a cooler to put cold products in 🤗
Coffee & Littles We take an esky in summer. I'm in the suburbs in Australia, it's 45 mins to get milk, further for a proper shop. (We buy long life milk for ease)
I think shes mentioned before they have a dollar store that close by. So never know... I'm always curious about that kinda stuff also.
I just take a cooler if I am worried about the temperatures. I typically buy enough cold items to fill a standard cooler (milk, meat, cheese, frozen veg, etc). I don’t buy ice for it or anything. All the cold stuff packed in tightly together keeps itself cold. ☺️ My in laws used one of those cold/hot bags with the metallic insulation when they lived an hour from town. Bonus is it works on carryout pizza too! (It’s kind of a bummer to get home and find the carry out pizza is lukewarm and chewy.)

Wow my husband and I have such a similar situation as y'all. We dated for two months and were engaged for two months before getting married. Like you said, when you know, you know. Especially when the Lord's hand is in it😊 love how you explained some things regarding your beliefs.
I just discovered this video; it showed up on my “home” page of You Tube. I DID watch the whole thing- under 20 minutes is just fine. Ive been a Christian for over 50 years (I’m 68). It’s terrific to see you living what you learn in scripture. As for being a stay at home mom, I’ll tell you what I told my daughter-in-law: in focusing on your children, family and home, you are actually doing the most important job on the planet- raising the next generation in society.
As for your hair: yes it is your covering and women are to have long hair. But the Bible does NOT say “never cut it”, and it does not give a definition of how long is “long”. If your hair is your glory, I would think that means you want to have beautiful, healthy-looking hair. So I would recommend occasionally trimming the wispy unhealthy ends off. The hair next to your head is the “newest” hair, and the ends of your hair are the “oldest” and not as healthy. Your first trim could be about 3-4 inches and after that just trim an inch or so a year. Your hair will truly be a long glory... and you’d still be obeying scripture.
As for skirts, that’s NOT unusual! I’m from Southern California and lots of women there wear skirts! if you are riding a horse or working outside, there could be a time that pants would actually be MORE modest, and there are feminine pants that are loose-fitting and appropriate. I love you wearing modest clothes.... I do too- the GREAT advantage is never having to be concerned about what’s showing:)
