Thanks for taking the time to upload some videos for us to watch and learn from Jefro. I am new to this myself, about 6 months or so now. Loving it but running out of inspirational videos to follow that have talk through while carving etc. I just can't watch the ones with no voice as I get bored of the silence. Take care, stay safe. Best regards from Wales in UK.
I do enjoy watching carving videos where the carver talks.. more so than silent. I hope that my videos can at least give a new carver an idea for their next project. Whether it's a nose or an ear or eyes or arms or hats.... a lot of times I'll see something I'd like to try and implement into my style. I know what you mean about finding carving videos out there. It is a little tougher than it looks...and very time consuming to go from idea to carve to paint to edit to upload. I think a lot of carvers who try this loose interest because of the time involved in making the video. I've been doing videos for about 6 months now and hope that they'll get more interesting over time. Spent the first 4 months figuring out the sound, the camera, the camera angle that I liked and lighting. Now I just need to make them a bit more interesting! thankyou for the comment and for watching. Jeff
Thanks again Jeff, 👍
I think you'll like how he turns out!
@@JefroCarves , I do ! Couldn’t get right on it because I had to finish a couple of spoons ! 🤷♂️
I've tried to talk myself into carving a spoon.... haven't been able to yet. :)
