If you want to sync your 7 day fast with mine, here are the details:
Start September 11, 2024 at 6 am, end September 17, 2024 at 6 pm. During the fast between 6 am - 6 pm, you ONLY DRINK WATER. During 6 pm - 6 am you ONLY DRINK WATER STILL but you can eat ONLY RAW fruits and vegetables (NO COOKING THEM OR PROCESSED FOODS). When you do the fast, remember that your intention is to DETOXIFY YOUR BODY and GET RID OF HARMFUL CHEMICALS FROM THE FOODS AND DRINKS YOU'VE BEEN INGESTING! If you feel like there are other BAD HABITS that you would like to ALSO kick WHILE you're doing the fast, such as smoking, dr*gs, p*rn, gambling, excessive money spending, and caffeine addictions among other things, then absolutely do what you feel called to do!!! I support you! You can always JUST TRY IT. Consult your doctor if you are on medications or need a special diet, etc. I am not forcing anyone to do the fast, I am just offering you to do it with me. Let's kick our unhealthy diets and habits!
