I'm currently reading your book and starting to agree that medical doctors keep writing prescriptions and medical pharmacies keep refilling them therefore all of us need to take preventive measures through what we put in our body inside and and put on our body outside!😮
What about sprouts and micro greens? I use herbs but find sprouts and micro greens an easy nutritional addition.

I also go foraging in my yard for "weeds", which are herbs that we forgot about over time. These are the most healing plants you could ever consume. Meanwhile we're spending money trying to kill them with the same poisons that are killing us. 😢

Your family doctor is a liar or doesn't know any better. You have the power to solve your own health issues. If you get diabetes are they going to call that genetics? It's a distraction and prevents you from looking for plausible solutions
