@Alphonzoe Elrich I think she fell backwards on it, tried to get up and fell back on it again at a slightly different angle. The 3rd and final attempt to get up off the ground resulted in her falling forward onto her hands and knees. She had been dizzy due to a medical procedure the day before. Both her husband and son had witnessed the dizziness right before this happened.

@@galaxyglitterlatte4664 You make more since. Than any one of those attorneys did , that poor man. Your fricken RIGHT !👍💯. She had been drowsy . And check it out her husband had suggested she just rest that morning , him and his son requested that she get rest and they would clean the barn. We need petion for this man the wrongful prison sentence on a innocent man. I fully feel it in my heart . There was not enough evidence . I mean if they want to get grounds of too many maybe , could have . Then this is only a stupid remark just as stupid as they are for assuming or believing this man did it . Check this out ( the son had just as much time for he was the one who went to check on her ) just saying no that is stupid . And just as stupid if they
Would of accused the boy instead . But they wanted to hurry and slam dunk this case get paid and carry on . They did not represent this man with vallor. Check mate .... And they give him all this time and making money plus not the attorneys fees but 100 dress of thousands he has to pay restitution to the victim .and list him farm sitting broke and batterd in prison . He already put up with enough shit from
The skanky loose slut .and of corse it hurt .but he is a highly Intelligent man. You can tell a lot by a man by his work and his home and his kids. That man was not just the saddle but he was the whole horse they would’ve been nothing without that man that that girl abused him she used him for his money or his mind and for his love and his trust and I believe that if she didn’t fall back on that rake and I do believe with the drug she was on it could’ve happened but I think that the guys she was humping his wife found out because that because Amy’s husband called her and ask her what she thought and in my heart I think because they said that that’s good enough motive they said she left at 7 AM that morning and the function that she was going to her charity or whatever started at 10 o’clock in the morning so they said that it took an half an hour maybe an hour to get from their house to Amy’s so they said they were the only ones on the farm I think yes he drove up that morning before the charity who would leave it freaking 7 AM when your charity shit is at 10 or 11 AM anyway she had plenty of time to drive out there she probably was going to threaten her and tell her to stay away from her man and that she’s a homewrecker because I’m sure that that woman was in a lot of fear of losing the man she loved the father of her children you know there’s other women there a slut they don’t give a shit you know they just pulled her panties down for anybody and it’s really sickening and you know I think that Amy would be in the overconfident person that she was because I said some smart ass and you know that that bitch just might’ve picked out really good what are you know Amy could’ve been threatening her to get off my fucking property you know and maybe it turned around backfired and then maybe the other one stabbed her a couple of times women get irate that man was too Tom and he’s a type of man he would not of sent his son to see his mother that way you can just Cantel you can tell they just said he was in a scattered crazy man he was very calm cool he was collected because he was the man of the house he took care of everybody and you know he sacrificed his whole everything that’s what he say he would have most to lose he sacrificed if it was like that then he could’ve done a lot of other things he could’ve filed for the divorce kicked her out because she was the one caught cheating on him and he knows that he’s too intelligent you know nobody’s that stupid if she would’ve been a good one and he was afraid of losing his have a farm well than that how are you he would’ve had a challenge you know but but she was not a good one he was but that doesn’t mean that he’s going to freaking go like crazy because he wasn’t that pretty you know she was OK but when you see the fucking side over the open door you see how ugly she really is you know I mean beauties as far as you allow if you want to act ugly you’re gonna look ugly and that was a skank tramp let that man out that poor kid is being raised by the in-laws who’s going to teach him to hate his fucking dad and he Hass to be living with her mom or dad when his dad and nothing to do with it and neither did he and you know it’s just bullshit that they going to put him in fucking prison and path accusations and his Pham should raisin because you can already tell how they have tried to confuse that child from the time he got on the court stand from the time he was questioned in the beginning he was like I don’t even know I don’t and then he was like if he was certain in the beginning that he went to get a drink of water for just a second and then after that that how long in the being brainwashed him he was even like two times getting a drink of fucking water you know then men were taught and trained and bred to stay at work not to go ride his bike and go visit his friend and that doesn’t mean that his dad was a dick or to strick it means this man his dad was a dad teaching his son how to be a good man like himself . it really bothers me deep inside I swear this man needs to be out and they need to pay him back this is crap and that stupid woman attorney let me tell you about that tweaking whore if you sit there with a recorder and you listen to it over and over and over again you will finally hear whatever you want to hear she wanted to win so she was hearing what he wanted he was not he did not say never said you fucking whore he never said any of that he was breathing and you know I remember my husband was all crazy any and he was on dope and he listen to this shit and he kept thinking you see you can hear somebody coming out right there you know we had two dogs and you could hear the dogs breathing but he had it in his mind once he says you know and then he was he was that he was hearing and seeing things that nobody can hear that we went to Monterey and there was a studio we had them do it because nobody else can hear what he was hearing I’ll she did was put that in the jurors mind because nobody heard it not one person but if you do then she kept replaying it again and again I bet you if you replayed that again and again now and his defense team was good and they said listen to it it says come on baby come on come on in his breath that the jury would’ve heard that because they were leading the jury to believe that’s all because I just go back on the tapes and do you you will not clearly hear that not even under his breath not even that man I have for gave her for cheating on him before and he didn’t beat her up that’s why she kept cheating becauseIf there was not enough consequences to make her scared believe me if he was a really scary fucking man she would be too afraid to cheat on him right under his nose or Waialae from and people that are really abuse get the fuck out of there before they even think about it they’re not stupid they’re not about to get their ass whipped by the guy that they really like to do you know I mean especially when they’ve done it again and again no her husband always loved her one of the mother for his son and his family or Hell who wouldn’t hurt it’s so wet and he for gave her you know and he did it again because it meant nothing to her he wasn’t scary. He couldn’t of been . . And that is the real world so all I have to say is peace love and hope for this innocent man

@Collie Flower UA-cam search: fatal accidents with garden, barn tools. Yes they actually do happen. It is the most common form of fatal accidents that people have in a work environment. Such as stepping on the handle end of a shovel, garden rake, garden hoe, that is laying on the ground, and causing the sharp metal end to fly up, and smack them fatally hard in the head, face chest, or back. Also, it happens with barn tools such as a pitch fork ect or falling on them. If a person falls backwards on a sharp tool it is important that they wait for help to arrive. Trying to sit up, or stand, and pull it out yourself can result in you falling back on it again. I learned this in my safety hazards forklift training program.

@Collie Flower I want to add that my comment is not implying by any means that I think that this convicted man is not guilty or is guilty. It's only to say that these types of farm accidents are common. I would say that it's possible that it was an accident because people do trip on fallen tools, and more easily if they are feeling dizzy as she was that he is innocent. Or that the lover or his wife could have murdered her. Yet, the Google searches that were on their computer laptop, and iPhone is damning evidence in my opinion.

Anyone could have been on that farm. It is huge! Todd and his son were over a football field away from where she was found. Someone could have parked on the road and walked up. Farm life is all about routine especially when you have animals that have to be fed. So they would have the same routine every single day. And anyone around them would know that. So someone could have come up at any time and killed her and left. They would have never found her until their job was finished. I do not believe this guy is guilty at all. It's probably because there are multiple exceptions to the hearsay rule, in both the Federal Rules of Evidence and in all of the states' evidence codes. For example, anything that the defendant says (other than to his counsel) or has said may be admitted as an admission of a party-opponent. I can hear on the 911 call, something to the affect of go to hell whore. I hope you and your family and friends are well during this crazy time, stay safe!

WITH OUT A DOUBT. IF THE JURYS HAD BEEN LISTENING TO THE JUDGE AT THE END OF THE TRIAL HE SHOULD HAVE TOLD THEM IF ANY DOUBT YOU SHOULD SAY NOT GUILTY. AND FROM WHAT I SAW THERE WAS DOUBT ALL OVER THIS CASE AND THAT TRULY SAD. THE JUSTICE SYSTEM WHAT A JOKE IT AT ONE TIME WAS THE D.A. HAD TO PROVE YOU GUILTY. BUT NOW YOUVE GOT TO PROVE THAT YOU ARE INNCENT IN THE COURT OF LAW. AND IT SHOULD NOT BE THAT WAY BECAUSE THE DECK IS STACKED AGAINST THE DEFENSE TEAM. AND MISS HUGHES YOU ARE WRONG AND YOU KNOW IT. YOU CAN NOT PROUDLY SAY WITH OUT A DOUBT YOU PROVED HIM GUILTY BECAUSE IF HE WOULD HAVE HAD A LAWYER THAT GAVE A DAMN THEY WOULD HAVE MOPED THE FLOOER WITH YOU AND THEY WOULD NOT HAVE TO BE THE BEST JUST ONE THAT KNOWS HOW TO OBJECT.

Shanna Sweger I grew up on a farm. We had accidents like that happen all the time, fortunately none of us died from them but some certainly could have ended up that way. We were just lucky. Sometimes tbh rakes, shovels, stock gates, & just about every other impliment used on a farm almost seems like it can come alive on it's own. My dad hammered a nail into his eyeball once requiring emergency surgery to save his eye. On a farm you sometimes have to nail into tin. He hit the nail wrong with 1 swing, it flipped around & drove the spiked end into his eye. What are the chances it would hit something as small as an eyeball, not even his cheek or any other part of his head? Believe me, these things happen on a farm.

This just came up on my feed, and my first impression is that they got it wrong. To me, six punctures from a 4 pronged tool would look more like an accident. What are the chances that 2 blows struck in anger would have two of the holes line up perfectly? I can see if she fell backwards and impaled herself, then moved enough to get it partially out then collapsed again with only two of the prongs fully out enough to relocate giving six wounds... to me that indicates that for the "second" set of wounds, two of the prongs were not out of the body. That would be inconsistent with someone swinging the thing.... more like falling on it, rolling over and then collapsing back.
