Lol Miami had a top 30 defense dispute many of their top guys missing games due to injury last year and you said their defense was not that good. They literally had to change the scheme to a 3-3-5 halfway through the season last year because of this and still balled out. You “experts “do not know what you’re talking about half the time about half these teams. Their losses were due to their QB throwing 2 picks a game over the last 8 games he played smh. That puts the defense in negative territory multiple times a game. I think their defense will be better this year because of more depth.
I went to see Chaminade a couple of years ago to see Jeremiah Smith and JoJo Trader. The most pleasant surprise that night was watching Zaquan Patterson bringin' it. Go Canes!
Ed Reed without a doubt. Sean T was more physically talented but he was a top 10 pick after only 3 years. Ed Reed played 5 or 6 years at Miami and broke records. He was a huge reason for the turnaround from 1996 to 2001 and was the best player on our 01 national championship team which is widely considered the best team of all time
Sean Taylor is the greatest safety of all time at Miami. Ed Reed is and Blades is 3. Taylor was gonna be the best safety in the NFL if he wasn't murdered. No one was on Sean Taylors level.

My only reasoning for putting Ed higher is I feel he did more for the University of Miami since he spent so much more time in college than ST26. Ed has our INT records and won a natty for us when he was the leader and best player in 2001. Sean Taylor was special for his time too and the most talented safety ever like I said. No other school has had two safeties as good as Ed and ST26 in their history

Love both players but if you look at both Reed and Taylor's 1st 4 years in the league Reed by far was better dnd he started at SS. He had 22 INTs to ST 12 INTs and he had more INT yards to and like 3 that he took to the house. He was also returning punts. Dude was more if a ball hawk that ST and then went and played FS. Reed also had 1 or 2 more rbles returnd for TDs in those 1st 4 years. Reed only got better...

Yes. JJ smith that went to OSU was #1 player but Chaminade is 1A. A very small school compared too a STA, IMG or American Heritage.
