In 1876 John F. Tuttle joined Chappell and Chase and they purchased the business of E.W. Jones, undertaker and casket jobber, on Phelps Street. Chappell gave his attention to that business, while Chase ran the firm’s clothing store. In 1879, because of the success of their casket and funeral supply business, the partners sold the men’s clothing store. In 1880 the Oneida Building Association erected a large factory for them and they also had a sales branch in Syracuse.
delirichie ikr i always find it sad seing old factories well here in America torn down idk maybe because it reminds me of an era when things were made in America
Your choice of music (why you add music anyway???) was obviously meant for something with much more excitement imo. Mice chewing holes could have brought the joint down quicker than this guy! Quite the yawner.
THAT'S music to watch demolition by!
why do people insist on adding the stupid music to an otherwise decent video??
Delusions of Spielberg.

Nice to hear they played music for the Wrecking Crew.
Can’t watch this anymore safety over kill
Too bad about the old factory. I understand people were dying to buy their products.
Badumm Tish! ..lol ... Yeah, though it was a noisy place with all that coffin going on.

Ironically, the building itself needed a casket.

Rumor has it this factory was built faster than this guy brought it down.
paid by the hour.
More action watching paint dry
What did they build there to replace the building?
It's sad to see an old building go. They could have just refurbished it and listed it.
Who is "they" and are you going to contribute your own money into a probable loss making operation?
I could have dropped that building into it's footprint in 10 minutes.
Jesus, hit the fckn thing. I nearly put me fist through the screen to speed things up.
This guy is an armature a bit timid for this type of work
Amateur... an armature is part of a motor.
The operator is stealing a living.
Think, people, think. Where would put a new operator to practice operating skills? On a construction site around all kinds of people and activities?
This operator moves like he's afraid he'll damage the building.
He was demolishing brickwork higher than the machine. So he was being careful not to allow falling debris hitting the arm and damaging the hydraulics.
I've seen enough. This guy seems afraid or unsure of that machine. Taking too long to do this job.
slow worker
Way to slow and too boring the music is okay.
I would took that with a 160 and 4 story bench of brick, the operator is scared, ain't nothing around🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
Slow and not using Grabble bucket! I can do better and faster
