Gotham Chopra - "Thank You, Goodnight: The Bon Jovi Story" documentary explores the nearly 40-year-long history the New Jersey based band in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Frank Marshall - "The Beach Boys" Frank Marshall, one of the most successful filmmakers in Hollywood history, started his journey to The Beach Boys-a new documentary with a simple question: “Why did their band work and mine didn’t?” The documentary celebrates the band that revolutionized pop music and the iconic, harmonious sound they created that personified the California dream. It chronicles the band’s humble family beginnings and its original lineup: brothers Brian, Dennis, and Carl Wilson, along with their cousin, Mike Love, and friend, Al Jardine.
Lance Oppenheim - "Spermworld" FX- His most recent film, FX's SPERMWORLD, delves deep into the lives of women seeking sperm donors via unregistered domains (e.g. Facebook groups) and the men who travel the country to provide their seed free of charge (minus travel reimbursements) to help these women get pregnant.
Joie Jacoby - Showrunner, Executive Producer, "Black Twitter: A People's History" (Onyx),- “Black Twitter: A People's History” includes interviews with an impressive and lengthy roster of writers, scholars, activists, and entertainers, the full list of which was released March 7 and includes W. Kamau Bell, Rembert Browne, Roxane Gay, Jemele Hill, Dr. Meredith Clark, Ira Madison III, Raquel Willis, April Reign, and many more. Many of them spoke with Parham for his original story, but enhancing the scope of Black Twitter’s history meant adding in more voices. Parham and Penny had extensive conversations about how to bring the words to life and what framework to use for the series.
Maria Wilhelm - Secrets of the Octopus- Secrets of the Octopus explores the life, culture, and behavior of different octopus species across the globe.
