There aren’t enough videos on picking hand so this is great, would be great to see in even lower level detail i.e. finding the hand picking shape that works best for you, to anchor or not, how to avoid scuffing strings when picking etc - that would be great please

@@M.O.1981 this will be a game changer of an exercise for you. Perfect warm up ex but it will take time. Watch the video I point too at the end as it’s a way to break down a lick into a fun and efficient way.
@RiffsRhythm Never heard of economic picking or sweep picking so will deff be trying these techniques. To be honest I'm unsure what I do I've never payed attention to the right hand to much so this should give me some tools and push the learning forward.
@@Kacchan_bakugo yes economy picking is something I’m working more on as it’s more efficient. But the goal should be to flow between different techniques without thinking about it. This makes an amazing warm up which will take some time to learn but will serve you well. Good luck and let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

@RiffsRhythm All of them. I learned some chords years ago, but didn't learn any of the picking techniques even anywhere near, remotely properly.
