It's not even licensed product from any korean brand. They are mis-leading with their naming.

First wash ur hair. Always dilute ur shampoo in the water and wash using that water. Then apply a hair mask and keep it for minimum 10 minutes on the wet hair. Then water wash. If ur hair is so dry and frizzy and u need soft hair then you can use it for 15min too. But remember to not apply shampoo after a hair mask.

I'm using it currently and I must say it does make my hair soft but my hair is too dry and freezy so for freeze it's not much of use as for moisture content it'll not highly moisture hairs but it does work well on medium porosity hair type mine is low porosity I add 2 drops olive oil and little water in it to make it suitable for my hair and yup it works also it has nice fragrance and it doesn't increase hairfall🤗
