OK I acknowledge... I wrote an ALMOST impossible movement here - but somehow you make it sound completely effortless. And you can dance too! Congrats, can't wait for the full album.
@DBruce, it may be almost impossible to play for other harpists, but not for her and it's an astonishing movement. For me, it created a mental connection between Joropo, musicbox and harp that is here to stay. I have intentionally listened to traditional Joropo after this one, and yes the musicbox and harp neurons were ringing and dancing along. You have created something that did not exist before, and that's awesome. Thank you.
@@javierartimemuniz7044 He wrote such a fabulous piece! For me, it was so much fun to conceptualize a music video that brings these elements together. Immediately, I went on a hunt for a music video, and called friend Daniel, a master of joropo dance traditions..I'm glad you enjoyed!
Bravissima! Nice interpretation and fresh (perhaps in english is chill) and warm tone video. Really brava. Have a nice time there and I hope to see sometime other Bach's videos with Avi Avital and you. Diego
Masterful performance. The phrasing does not show any sign of the titanic performance effort. Melodies surge, dance with each other and disappear without undue stress. Beautiful.
Thank you so much! This means so much- what's so powerful about performing music like this is, if you can lift up 20K feet, the rhythm carries you as you execute the phrases. Quite the rush!
Thank you, Art!! I'm so glad you enjoyed! I had so much fun imagining this story coming to life and writing this treatment, let alone finding this music box, putting on the dancing shoes:)
