I don't know about that rifle, but if it's ejecting rounds from the magazine, all firearms with a tube magazine should have a "shell stopper" that holds the rounds in the magazine when the bolt cycles, allowing only 1 round to feed in the chamber from the magazine every shot, it maybe just a worn part that need replace or rebuild, But It's hard to say what the problem is without inspection and testing.
Yah i pulled it apart and looked it over everything seems fine i guess i will just take it to a gun smith and let them try figure it out. Thanks for the comment and thanks for the support
