SKS is a great platform! Too bad they got so expensive in the last few years. Good looking unit. I like to keep the bayonets on mine. I realize that stock won't allow for that. You should fill the pumpkin with water, then it blows up due to the hydrostatic shock.

My Man , SKS's were meant to be loaded by way of 10 rd stripper clips , you can usually find some 7.62x39 already on stripper clips meant for SKS's ,,,, it makes it so much quicker and easier to load , you wont even want a removable box magazine anymore.
Sks Didn’t have a dedicated way to reload them, there’s 3 ways to reload them, the Stripper clips just make it easier to reload, but also bc brother is in Canada, he’s only limited to 5 rounds anyways

Is really nice rifle and canada's national gun. I'll probably just keep the original stock so the fudds don't get up in arms. I won't bother with detachable mags since the banana clips don't do much good when you can only load in five rounds. Anyway, happy shooting!

No point in getting a banana magazine for it if it’s still pinned to 5. Why? Just for the AK look? Nah. Tact it out with a different stock with forward pistol grip but stay with OG mag. Those pro mag duck bills are very shitty according to most reviews. Plastic followers have seating problems, springs suck. Headache loading from the top and sacrificing your ability to empty the mag by using the release. Nah. Keep it original man! Russo-Jamaican Original! Trudeau Island boy too man. Smokes big meat cigars instead of tobacco like his daddy back in Havana man! Island Justin! 🇨🇺

How is the buttstock and pistol holding up, thinking of getting this stock but heard bad things about the pistol grip and buttstock being wiggly
