About Pintu I've been a nurse for over 30 years. We have up to 24french(its a measurement) catheter tubes we put into urethras and cystoscopies are that size.This usually done while conscience. Sometimes topical freezing is used. (I do especially larger tubes) Regular sizes are 14-18french That parasite could get in. You would really feel it so you would have to be immobile or unconscious not to fight it. Possible but not pleasant....for most people.
