Wishing you and your family the best !!
Great plan Miles! Those changes in the Opens, change everything. I just wish they would cut out FFS in BASS tx's. I do praise the NPFL for making the changes to FFS rules. I think NPFL will grow and will add other division that are affordable and competitive with BASS and MLF. Best of luck in 25!
Best of luck! If I wasn't broke I'd buy your boat in a heartbeat!
I wish you could!
Good luck man. We are pulling for you and your family
Thanks Jeremy!
The Opens, definitely, because I would absolutely love to fish with you on Lake Eufaula, Oklahoma, Please!!!
Not sure if Eufaula is on the schedule yet but that would be cool!
So glad you are back buddy!!! Prayers were answered so….. Go rip some lips!!!!
Hey Miles glad everything is going good. Best of luck in the opens next year. I used the link in your description and put the hds 10 pro with the hd 3n1 transducer in the cart. I didn't see the free hoodie or the other "gift". Just wondering if the site hasn't been updated or something yet. Very interested in this deal considering I was wanting to upgrade anyway. Thanks!!
Stand by, I’m checking. I may have jumped the gun on it. You’ll like the deal but I don’t think they set it up. This video wasn’t supposed to air yet lol
I know you’re very versatile angler but I tell you what, you better spend every day you can learning that forward facing sonar Because to be honest over the last two or three years and 90% that have qualified pretty much uses it religiously
Totally agree. In the last three years things have changed so much, and I know I’ll have to adapt. The good thing is, the new EQ events will be in the Fall where the playing field seems to even out a bit. But still, it’s like I’m having to start over again. As positive as I like to stay, it’s difficult to accept that the decades I spent paying my dues to learn the necessary skillsets to succeed are now widely obsolete, and now that I have a family, it’s hard, if not impossible, to dedicate the time that the younger guys are able to.
@@SonarFishing i’m sure it has to do with the money that the electronic company is putting in basses pocket. But I think the easiest solution to this quarrel was a 50-50 split. I’ll never understand why Bass didn’t at least do that for the anglers that have built bass into what it is. Not to mention it would have made angler of the year the most versatile angler that year.
@@daniel_fogle_fishing yeah, that’s what I would like to see. I totally love innovation in technology in the sport, but what we are seeing is such a dramatic change, it has changed the natural curve of success in the sport. It used to be that the guys in their mid-30s to mid-40s were in their prime. They had 20+ years of paying dues, sleeping in their trucks, and eating mustard sandwiches, and in that time they built their skills so that when they did start a family, the continued education that we all need to participate in was incremental, which was attainable with a family. I believe the reason 90% of the Elite qualifiers and top-10 earners are in their 20s is because they are the ones with the time to be able to learn this new frontier. Not saying it’s right or wrong, but i believe an organization has a responsibility to protect the tradition of a sport, and in doing so allow for the people who have already gone through the dues paying stage in their career, the opportunity to continue competing on a more level playing field. The anglers who think that today is a more level playing field are fooling themselves in my opinion. FFS isn’t just about turning it on and start cashing checks. It requires the same level of hard work and dedication to master in the competitive space.
@@SonarFishing what I think you should do is exactly what you’re doing. Fish the four events be in the top 50 and go onto the EQ series to get to the elites. What I also think your followers would really enjoy is if you don’t make the top 50 finish out your your season, traveling to fish the big bass tour events. Those were some of your best videos. I love those events. I wish someone would do a UA-cam series of traveling around Fishing only those events like you did. If I had the time I would do it, but I’m just a very very very small channel. Anyways, keep up the great work.
Wish ❤you the best
Thank you!
why not fish the opens next year in that boat and save money by not getting a new rig?
@@shoplife8103 great question! Unfortunately my loan terms were interest only for 18 months, and I haven’t been able to find a lender who will refinance it, so this next boat will have more traditional terms so i have more flexibility. Interest only has been great for flipping boats every year but now it makes little sense in today’s market. Thanks for asking!
@@SonarFishing very interesting
With all do respect im not sure anyone cares!
Some do, some don’t. Thanks for watching.
