- Hello from an introvert in consulting 👋 Whether it is possible to survive as an introvert in a consulting firm seems to be a popular question, mostly because of how reliant consulting is on networking and knowing the right people. Having experienced it for a year and a half now here is the tea ☕️ on the good and the bad.
Wherever you are on the spectrum of introvert- extrovert you are great and you will be absolutely fine. But it can also be helpful to keep a few potential advantages and disadvantages in mind - at least these ones have been true in my personal experience (which will be different for everyone).

Haha that’s an interesting observation, thank you!😁 I think I’m INFJ if I remember correctly but my introvert vs extrovert scale has definitely shifted more towards the middle over the past years. Which one are you?
