Thank you so much--Love Bahia Honda. Was there before it was developed (1986) as it is now. The sand under your feet in the water was as soft as talcum powder. Still one of my favourite places to swim. Still great--time to go!!!

I think so cause when I went there a year after the hurricane it did not look this nice.
wonder why they chose to build a double bridge here? It is the only one in the keys to my knowledge.
The wooden one was the original; they didn't tear it down. Now used at different points for fishing off of I think. The other is the bridge presently used. 1st time in the keys in 1979, there were some points on original bridge so low you could feel as if you could reach out and the emerald water...
