6 Lime Wedges
2 Bsp/15 ml White Sugar
2 oz/60 ml Vodka
Method
1. Build in Glass with ice.
2. Garnish with 2 lime slices.

I love limes in my drinks. I once had a lime tree in my backyard. Oh yeah, I also had a huge lemon tree. Good times.
This is one of my favorite drinks.
I know it's easier to build in the glass, but I really like this one shake and dump.

For different vodkas my two favorite in order of #1 and #2 are Broken Shed Premium vodka from New Zealand, and Reyka vodka from Iceland. Keep them both in the freezer, they both make amazing caipiroska’s

You know what David, this cocktail is becoming one of my favorites!! I've had several of these, and I've determined that these are simple, tasty and I get to use as much vodka as I want!!!!

Try it with Lemon. It wiill give you a slightly different flavor. I am on my way not to see if I can get limes from the Grocery store.

With rum you could call it the Caipirinha, but technically the cachca.. and the Whiskey? I'm not sure. We could try it.
This is a nice alternative to the Caipirinha but I’ll be damned if anyone says it’s better. *removes gloves*
Put your gloves back on its cold out. I prefer the Caaipirinha as well. But i am open to the variations and the some :)
