I am starting to think that the modifiers are actually fun. I thought they sucked when I first tried it, but now (especially after they replaced the long range shock), I see the following: 1. Created lot of build diversity 2. Passive modifiers like By the Teeth, Impatient, and Retribution are fun 3. Getting lot of exotics and XP from the Priority Objectives 4. Provides at least something different to do in D2 5. Makes my one-shot sniper build absolutely rock (though this will change with the new modifiers in the new season)
Yep, i like when the renegade music kicks in after i finished doing CP, and instead of being afraid i just smite, cuz i know, that my headshot damage is stacked and those renegades are about to get oneshoted.
They are very, very strong (probably too strong). Hostile modifiers is why nobody liked them in the first place. They let you do whacky stuff because basically everything hits like a truck now. There are no "bad" builds- only good and better (hilariously OP).
The modifiers are (too) strong because they were designed for new seasonal characters starting from lvl1. I suppose next season things will get re-balanced, but we'll see.
@@AlfaStation1 ya not so sure about that. Missing watch points and a bit of expertise isn't a massive power bump. Just regurgitating the kool-aid here IMO. By the Teeth alone is a 250% damage amp. That's multiplied by another 150% long range. Nutty, and nowhere near what watch +expertise nets you (the only difference between a seasonal character and your "main"), even if you have to farm some gear in CD or even do some 5x events to claw back to 1k SHD every season.
@tuxedobandido I love running what I call my budget BulletKings. It’s a GR9/LAMG with talent Steady Handed. Both of these weapons have large enough magazines to hit 100 stacks and reload from the ether instantly. I like to use them with True Patriot/Brazos for extra mag size and more room for missing shots.
Nice to see a break from the momento Tux. I hate the bullet king in general (handling and constant fire with rumble on makes my old hands ache after a long session), but i might have to give this one a whirl just to say that I did before the end of the season.

It uses; 4 Piece Umbra Initiative Contractors Gloves Zoo Holster for Mag Size Buff Sleipnir LMG (Perfect Frenzy) Rolled w/ Magazine Size Gunner Specialist All Red Build (into Crits) Do you think adding the new exotic holster for even more insane fire Rate is worth it? Playing into the Frenzy, Umbra, and Counter Buffs.
if i ever get all out ffs. Ok i still dont have all out, but once it gets ramped up, im doing over 2million a shot at long distance, this is really fun. Note: im doing strikers, with zwia chest oblierate, and coyote mask. a few times im doing 2.7 mill a shot, cant wait for all out, though its looking like a while still.
Maybe I have lousy aim or something, but in all the shooter games I have played I have always loved spitting lots of bullets down range and covering my team mates. And yes, I had a bullet king build for the longest time, but although putting out lots of bullets was always my thing, the bullet king using to be doing puff balls damage. A medium tanky npc would just get irritated at me and walk through all my bullets, bitch slap me and that was the end of it. This is bullet king with balls, and the balls are bowling sized ones. My previous build was a tinkerbell build that mostly pissed off the bad guys. This one brings the Darth Vader menace shadow into the game. My only reservation is the rules to follow to max its benefits. Spitting out lots of bullets can turn off your intellect and any strategic thinking. It's just too much fun.
I used this weapon the other day, and I enjoyed it. Gave me a break from Lexington and St. Elmos. Also, I am on journey 6 and had finished 2 parts of it; however during my playing I finished other elements of journey 4 and journey 5 and that gave me 2 more levels to journey 6. Am I seeing things or is this the case? Thank you and thanks for the great videos and streams.
awasome build however the dilema marks that are going on the enemies are whay to slow almost takes 2 seconds or a few bullets and sometime's enemies dies before they even get a mark so dilema does nothing at all. i supose for solo legendary it can work for herioc its kinda dead gear for me.. but nice concept atleast

Not only did i not notice the holster but ive never used modifiers,how do you lock in long or short range
I love the bullet king and i wouldnt even used any handling its great once you start shooting and just adjust your aim.
The magazone can run out, happened to me twice.

That's a display glitch; you still need to complete 6 objectives in the current stage.

They need to buff the duration for the active modifiers. They are way too short. It should be like 20s. Not 5 or 10.
