Hi there! When we were your age, my husband and I went through the same thing. We were pregnant with our son 2 months after being married but struggled to get pregnant again. My doctor told me that when I stop stressing about it, it will happen. I realize that is very difficult to do, but he was right! When I let it go and gave it to the Lord, we became pregnant with our daughter! Our kids are now 24 and 21 and a true blessing in our lives! We are actually about to be first-time grandparents! I usually never comment on videos ever but I had to for this one. I resonate so much with this, my husband and I got pregnant pretty fast with our daughter after we decided to start trying but when it came to our second it took us 13 months to get pregnant with our son. In between that time we were trying to get pregnant we went through a false positive and a miscarriage. I know people have it so much worse but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t hurt. Your feelings are valid. The amount of times I had to re surrender getting pregnant to Him and the amount of praying I did. I had to learn to find joy within my sadness and discouragement. Gods timing is the perfect timing because now I’m living out the faithfulness of God and my beautiful son was just born 2 months ago. Thank you for sharing your story and even being sensitive to other’s infertility.

Girl, you share this, you share your infertility journey! My husband and I lost three babies before we got pregnant with ours. You need all of the prayers when you’re on this journey! Don’t ever apologize for your feelings during this time. Feeling upset/sad when you see a pregnancy announcement is very valid! Hang in there mama! Second kiddo infertility and infertility is more common than people think. People that have not experienced it cannot say they understand. It’s a different feeling and hard to explain until you experience it yourself. Praying for you and Taylor!
@@judytressler7033 yes you can! My son is 2 almost 3 and I have was diagnosed with infertility while my son was a year old. My doctor told me I'd never be able to have kids again, they were obviously wrong. I just had to change my diet.

Gods timing is perfect 🙏🏼 We waited 2 years 3 months for our first and I never got medically checked or anything because I felt like I just had to rely on God. Not that going to a doctor isn’t relying on God and I don’t mean to discourage anyone from seeking medical attention, this is just what I felt led to do! I knew if anything was up with my body God could heal me anyway if He wanted to. God opens and closes with wombs and it’s always with a purpose that is for our good 🙏🏼 The Word says He is not slack concerning His promise, never late or early, always on time! I know it’s hard when we want things when we want them, but trust He is watching out for you guys with the best intentions. In our wait time and time again I’d notice why we hadn’t gotten pregnant yet and it always a relief, He was setting us up for success for the perfect timing truly! He gave Sarah and Hannah and Elizabeth children miraculously and He will for you guys too if it is His will, try not to worry ❤ May this increase your faith evermore

I don’t think I’ve ever commented on a UA-cam video, but I am literally in the EXACT same season as y’all. My daughter is coming up on 19 months and we’ve been trying since she was a few months old (even though my cycle didn’t return for a while due to BF). Actively trying and seeing the negative tests month after month truly Is heartbreaking, but knowing the Lord’s timing is perfect is what gives me peace and hope for the future. Praying baby #2 is created SO soon for both of our families❤️ you’re not alone and God is using this time to teach and refine us - hindsight will be 20/20.

I don't know why, but I had a dream last night that ya'll were pregnant. I hardly ever dream about people I've never met. So I checked Sophs Instagram this morning and nothing was there. Then I saw this. Always know that even if there are people who are struggling more than you (which unfortunantly there almost always is) that doesn't mean your feelings are valid and if you have feelings you're being insensitive to them. Your feelings are ALWAYS valid. Just remember that the Lords timing is perfect. The right baby will come at the right time. We're always here for you no matter what. Wishing you the best!!! Took my husband and I just over a year and a half to conceive our first. I prayed and cried until I finally got that positive test. I can say I learned it truly is God’s perfect timing!
we’re about to start trying for our first within the next year and I’m honestly so nervous.. I’m new to this whole tracking your cycle thing and had no idea that it really takes work to get pregnant. I’m so scared that it’ll be hard for us because I get easily discouraged and have already had some tears shed over negative pregnancy tests too even tho we’re “not trying” right now. Your comment gave me comfort for some reason- like I’m not alone out there. I’m happy things worked out for you!
For my son (our first) I went through that journey of disappointment of negatives and ultimately went with the medication route, and were blessed so heavily with our sweet boy who was born right around the same time as MM. I understand all of those feelings but also feeling like those feelings aren’t justified because someone’s got it worse. Let yourself feel whatever you’re feeling, it’s ok. You feeling this way doesn’t downplay their pain because you think they have it worse. You’re allowed to feel this way. But Gods got you and he’s got this!! Praying for you guys!!!
My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for 2.5 years now. 4 days after having my first I went into septic shock and coded twice and almost lost my life, and so when it was time to try for a second baby it took us about 8 months (due to all the trauma and craziness my body went through and stress doesn’t help of course) and it was so hard and defeating but yall are doing it right by trusting the Lord. We will be praying for you guys and for the Lords favor and another bundle of joy soon for you guys❤️ thank you for always keeping it real

After 6 1/2yrs of struggling with infertility it’s definitely not an easy subject to talk about. But I learned that Gods timing isn’t our timing, and he never takes away without replacing it with something bigger🤍✨ Praying for you guys, I know the feeling beyond it. I have a 15m old and want my kids to be close in age if God blesses us with another miracle baby, just try not to stress your body out because your body will put a shield over you to help protect you.

Hello, I recently watched your video regarding baby #2! My husband and I got married June 2024 and have been trying since then. I went to my OBGYN for an annual appointment in November and she checked my thyroid level and was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, which can cause infertility and high risk of miscarriage. They started me on synthroid and was told to get my blood drawn 6 weeks later. My level only went down .4 so they are increasing my dose and will check again in 6 weeks in February. I completely understand how you feel. My fear is even when I get my level under control it will still take time to happen. I will keep you in my prayers and it was comforting in hearing your story♥️
Be encouraged!! I was diagnosed after (having my first) with hypothyroidism and went on to have four more kids! Just keep a close watch on your levels once you get pregnant bc it will change and you’ll more than likely have to have your dosage adjusted!

I definitely understand the struggle of being asked about when you’re gonna have a baby, seeing others get pregnant without struggling, seeing mamas with their babies, etc. It is all very very hard. From someone who went through 4 years of infertility and ended up having to do ivf. It was something I prayed about and felt okay to do - I thank God daily for answering that prayer. I haven’t gotten to meet that answered prayer just yet - couple more months, but it was definitely worth it. I pray that’s something yall never have to go through! Secondary infertility is a thing - praying that is not the case for yall

You may want to get your MTHFR levels checked!! This helped me know that I need to be taking active folate (not folic acid) in order for my babies to develop as healthy as possible. There are different variants all linked to fertility

Hey guys i really love watching u guys. So when i started watching u guys i was looking for girls finding out they were pregnant. Ur video came in my search and i started watching yall ever since. I am 37 and i have 2 kiddos age 21 and 19 yes they r big lol. So ive been having the baby fever for i think almost 4 years. I have been trying to get pregnant tracking my cycle and everything for about 2 years. I finally got that BFP and guys i was beyond happy. Sadly i had a miscarriage 9 weeks into and it was by far the saddest day of my life. This happened may 2024. I waited a lil bit until i felt ready to try again. Its been months and nothing yet. I am leaving all in the Lords hands and praying for a baby soon. Love u both and i am keeping my fingers crossed for yall. Xoxo

Thank you for sharing this!! I feel like everywhere I turn there is a pregnancy announcement and it is upsetting! You wonder what you’re doing wrong or if there’s something wrong with you. My husband and I haven’t been trying as long as you (but my heart has been in it much longer fearing this may be the case for me), we’ve been actively trying since August, and nothing. Couple of diagnoses along the way, trying to get help. But it never gets easier, other than placing it all in God’s hands! We have to remind ourselves that it’s all in God’s timing (even though that can be really hard sometimes). Luckily it’s January and most churches do a 21 day prayer and fasting and we can really devote time to pray and believe for a miracle! Love watching y’all, and I’m believing for y’all. It will happen, in Jesus name!🙏🏼

I am glad you shared this. When you are trying or maybe just saying “if it happens it happens”, it still hurts when it does not happen. It can be 1 month or 1 year and it’s very hard. We have been trying for over a year and it feels impossible at times. I really pray it happens for you guys soon. Prayers to you both! I am struggling with empty nest and REALLY wanting my newly married daughter to have a baby but I get why they are waiting. I am a firm believer God works in mysterious ways but knows what's best for you. I had 2 but wanted 3. My pregnancies were hard and I lost a baby my first go around but after my second was born the doc recommended nit to have anymore and I was so bummed. But when my kids were 11 and 16 my husband died at 42. I had to find a way to support them and be there for them while I worked extra to get by. I thought back and told God that's why I shouldn't have had a 3rd. So everything happened just as it should. There is a reason he doesn't want you pregnant right now even if you don't understand. Trust in him, he knows if and when the time is right.
I completely understand the journey! We’ve been trying on and off for four years but we know it’s all in the lords timing! It’s hard to hear people ask when it’s going to happen or when they tell you not to stress about it. 8 months or 4 years.. negative tests are negative tests. The fertility journey is a rollercoaster! We also wanted that close age gap and we did get it. I just found that my body just did it when it felt ready and in God’s timing. And I know every mom is different, but from what I’ve heard it’s been that way for my other mom friends too.I know the waiting season is so hard, praying your time is so soon!

My best advice. From experience. Just stop trying. Don't think about it don't talk about it, no test nothing. Don't track ovulation nothing. Just enjoy your daughter, your spouse and your alone time. Do things that you absolutely enjoy and love. Best way to get pregnant happened to me 3 times. Lol especially since you did get pregnant and carried full term the first time you know it's possible so before you put yourself through the ringing. Just try not trying.

We started trying for our second baby after our first child’s second birthday. It took 9 months (10 months until the positive showed up) and we’re currently 17 weeks pregnant! Keep your head up!! I know it’s hard to bc we fully expected a negative the day we got our positive!
My sister has a friend that is young married and she wanted to be pregnant ssooo bad and she was so stressed about it and everything and she went to a docter and he told her that if you stress out about it so much that it can affect your ability to get pregnant and make it harder so I just wanna encourage yall to wait on Gods perfect timing and he will allow your second pregnancy when he sees fit!!❤😘 i luv u guys so much and i enjoy y’all’s videos

Same. My 1st pregnancy happened within a month of trying and my 2nd took 12 months of tracking to finally get a positive test. Just keep going, God only knows when it will happen.
Hang in there! I tracked my ovulation for 5 months and I was devastated every time the pregnancy tests were negative🥺 I told my OB about my concerns and irregular periods and she told me to stop tracking ovulation and just let it naturally happen and the next month, we found out we were expecting our sweet baby!🥰 He’s now 2 and a half. I didn’t realize that the majority of people don’t get pregnant right away because I know plenty of people with surprise babies or get pregnant without technically trying. So I thought something was wrong with me.. I took the test the day before my appt to get on a pill to regulate my cycle and jumpstart ovulation, but the Lord answered our prayers and it felt so good to call and cancel that appt🥹 Praying for y’all and future baby!🤍

We have 4 kiddos. The first two we got pregnant within the first month of trying each time. Then we decided to try for our third. It took a year and a half and fertility meds to get pregnant with her. Then our fourth it happened the first month again. The only way I can explain it is that it's all in God's timing. It's SO hard to remember that sometimes when you want so badly to have another baby but it's just not happening but we know that He is in control and we just have to do our best to trust in Him. Hi y’all! Feeling for you guys and prayed for your family. I wanted to let you know that we also got pregnant super fast with our first baby and our second baby took much longer! We realized that from the first pregnancy I developed subclinical hypothyroidism so I wasn’t ovulating correctly each month. I’m not sure if you’ve had your TSH levels checked at the OB but it might be worth a try since a simple medication got my TSH levels back to a normal range and I started ovulating properly again. Praise the Lord He gave us the gift of conceiving again even though it definitely got really hard on me mentally! He answers prayers truly. Just wanted to let you guys know my experience after having our first!!

Hi there! When we were your age, my husband and I went through the same thing. We were pregnant with our son 2 months after being married but struggled to get pregnant again. My doctor told me that when I stop stressing about it, it will happen. I realize that is very difficult to do, but he was right! When I let it go and gave it to the Lord, we became pregnant with our daughter! Our kids are now 24 and 21 and a true blessing in our lives! We are actually about to be first-time grandparents! I usually never comment on videos ever but I had to for this one. I resonate so much with this, my husband and I got pregnant pretty fast with our daughter after we decided to start trying but when it came to our second it took us 13 months to get pregnant with our son. In between that time we were trying to get pregnant we went through a false positive and a miscarriage. I know people have it so much worse but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t hurt. Your feelings are valid. The amount of times I had to re surrender getting pregnant to Him and the amount of praying I did. I had to learn to find joy within my sadness and discouragement. Gods timing is the perfect timing because now I’m living out the faithfulness of God and my beautiful son was just born 2 months ago. Thank you for sharing your story and even being sensitive to other’s infertility.

Girl, you share this, you share your infertility journey! My husband and I lost three babies before we got pregnant with ours. You need all of the prayers when you’re on this journey! Don’t ever apologize for your feelings during this time. Feeling upset/sad when you see a pregnancy announcement is very valid! Hang in there mama! Second kiddo infertility and infertility is more common than people think. People that have not experienced it cannot say they understand. @@judytressler7033 yes you can! My son is 2 almost 3 and I have was diagnosed with infertility while my son was a year old. My doctor told me I'd never be able to have kids again, they were obviously wrong. I just had to change my diet.

We waited 2 years 3 months for our first and I never got medically checked or anything because I felt like I just had to rely on God. Not that going to a doctor isn’t relying on God and I don’t mean to discourage anyone from seeking medical attention, this is just what I felt led to do!
I knew if anything was up with my body God could heal me anyway if He wanted to.

Then I saw this. Took my husband and I just over a year and a half to conceive our first. I prayed and cried until I finally got that positive test. I can say I learned it truly is God’s perfect timing!

I’m so scared that it’ll be hard for us because I get easily discouraged and have already had some tears shed over negative pregnancy tests too even tho we’re “not trying” right now. For my son (our first) I went through that journey of disappointment of negatives and ultimately went with the medication route, and were blessed so heavily with our sweet boy who was born right around the same time as MM. I understand all of those feelings but also feeling like those feelings aren’t justified because someone’s got it worse. Let yourself feel whatever you’re feeling, it’s ok. You feeling this way doesn’t downplay their pain because you think they have it worse. You’re allowed to feel this way. But Gods got you and he’s got this!! Praying for you guys!!!

4 days after having my first I went into septic shock and coded twice and almost lost my life, and so when it was time to try for a second baby it took us about 8 months (due to all the trauma and craziness my body went through and stress doesn’t help of course) and it was so hard and defeating but yall are doing it right by trusting the Lord. After 6 1/2yrs of struggling with infertility it’s definitely not an easy subject to talk about. But I learned that Gods timing isn’t our timing, and he never takes away without replacing it with something bigger🤍✨ Praying for you guys, I know the feeling beyond it. I have a 15m old and want my kids to be close in age if God blesses us with another miracle baby, just try not to stress your body out because your body will put a shield over you to help protect you.

Hello, I recently watched your video regarding baby #2! My husband and I got married June 2024 and have been trying since then. I went to my OBGYN for an annual appointment in November and she checked my thyroid level and was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, which can cause infertility and high risk of miscarriage. They started me on synthroid and was told to get my blood drawn 6 weeks later. My level only went down .4 so they are increasing my dose and will check again in 6 weeks in February. I completely understand how you feel. My fear is even when I get my level under control it will still take time to happen. I will keep you in my prayers and it was comforting in hearing your story♥️
Be encouraged!! I was diagnosed after (having my first) with hypothyroidism and went on to have four more kids! Just keep a close watch on your levels once you get pregnant bc it will change and you’ll more than likely have to have your dosage adjusted!

I definitely understand the struggle of being asked about when you’re gonna have a baby, seeing others get pregnant without struggling, seeing mamas with their babies, etc. It is all very very hard. From someone who went through 4 years of infertility and ended up having to do ivf. It was something I prayed about and felt okay to do - I thank God daily for answering that prayer. I haven’t gotten to meet that answered prayer just yet - couple more months, but it was definitely worth it. I pray that’s something yall never have to go through! Secondary infertility is a thing - praying that is not the case for yall

You may want to get your MTHFR levels checked!! This helped me know that I need to be taking active folate (not folic acid) in order for my babies to develop as healthy as possible. There are different variants all linked to fertility

Hey guys i really love watching u guys. So when i started watching u guys i was looking for girls finding out they were pregnant. Ur video came in my search and i started watching yall ever since. I am 37 and i have 2 kiddos age 21 and 19 yes they r big lol. So ive been having the baby fever for i think almost 4 years. I have been trying to get pregnant tracking my cycle and everything for about 2 years. I finally got that BFP and guys i was beyond happy. Sadly i had a miscarriage 9 weeks into and it was by far the saddest day of my life. This happened may 2024. I waited a lil bit until i felt ready to try again. Its been months and nothing yet. Thank you for sharing this!! I feel like everywhere I turn there is a pregnancy announcement and it is upsetting! You wonder what you’re doing wrong or if there’s something wrong with you. My husband and I haven’t been trying as long as you (but my heart has been in it much longer fearing this may be the case for me), we’ve been actively trying since August, and nothing. Couple of diagnoses along the way, trying to get help. But it never gets easier, other than placing it all in God’s hands! We have to remind ourselves that it’s all in God’s timing (even though that can be really hard sometimes). Luckily it’s January and most churches do a 21 day prayer and fasting and we can really devote time to pray and believe for a miracle! Love watching y’all, and I’m believing for y’all. It will happen, in Jesus name!🙏🏼

I am glad you shared this. When you are trying or maybe just saying “if it happens it happens”, it still hurts when it does not happen. It can be 1 month or 1 year and it’s very hard. We have been trying for over a year and it feels impossible at times. I really pray it happens for you guys soon. Prayers to you both! I am struggling with empty nest and REALLY wanting my newly married daughter to have a baby but I get why they are waiting. I am a firm believer God works in mysterious ways but knows what's best for you. I had 2 but wanted 3. My pregnancies were hard and I lost a baby my first go around but after my second was born the doc recommended nit to have anymore and I was so bummed. But when my kids were 11 and 16 my husband died at 42. I had to find a way to support them and be there for them while I worked extra to get by. I thought back and told God that's why I shouldn't have had a 3rd. So everything happened just as it should. There is a reason he doesn't want you pregnant right now even if you don't understand. Trust in him, he knows if and when the time is right.

We also wanted that close age gap and we did get it. I just found that my body just did it when it felt ready and in God’s timing. And I know every mom is different, but from what I’ve heard it’s been that way for my other mom friends too.I know the waiting season is so hard, praying your time is so soon!

Just stop trying. Don't think about it don't talk about it, no test nothing. Don't track ovulation nothing. Just enjoy your daughter, your spouse and your alone time. Do things that you absolutely enjoy and love. Best way to get pregnant happened to me 3 times. Lol especially since you did get pregnant and carried full term the first time you know it's possible so before you put yourself through the ringing. Just try not trying.

We started trying for our second baby after our first child’s second birthday. It took 9 months (10 months until the positive showed up) and we’re currently 17 weeks pregnant! Keep your head up!! I know it’s hard to bc we fully expected a negative the day we got our positive!
My sister has a friend that is young married and she wanted to be pregnant ssooo bad and she was so stressed about it and everything and she went to a docter and he told her that if you stress out about it so much that it can affect your ability to get pregnant and make it harder so I just wanna encourage yall to wait on Gods perfect timing and he will allow your second pregnancy when he sees fit!!❤😘 i luv u guys so much and i enjoy y’all’s videos

Same. My 1st pregnancy happened within a month of trying and my 2nd took 12 months of tracking to finally get a positive test. Just keep going, God only knows when it will happen.

I tracked my ovulation for 5 months and I was devastated every time the pregnancy tests were negative🥺 I told my OB about my concerns and irregular periods and she told me to stop tracking ovulation and just let it naturally happen and the next month, we found out we were expecting our sweet baby!🥰 He’s now 2 and a half. I didn’t realize that the majority of people don’t get pregnant right away because I know plenty of people with surprise babies or get pregnant without technically trying. So I thought something was wrong with me.. I took the test the day before my appt to get on a pill to regulate my cycle and jumpstart ovulation, but the Lord answered our prayers and it felt so good to call and cancel that appt🥹 Praying for y’all and future baby!🤍

We have 4 kiddos. The first two we got pregnant within the first month of trying each time. Then we decided to try for our third. It took a year and a half and fertility meds to get pregnant with her. Then our fourth it happened the first month again. The only way I can explain it is that it's all in God's timing. It's SO hard to remember that sometimes when you want so badly to have another baby but it's just not happening but we know that He is in control and we just have to do our best to trust in Him. We realized that from the first pregnancy I developed subclinical hypothyroidism so I wasn’t ovulating correctly each month. I’m not sure if you’ve had your TSH levels checked at the OB but it might be worth a try since a simple medication got my TSH levels back to a normal range and I started ovulating properly again. Praise the Lord He gave us the gift of conceiving again even though it definitely got really hard on me mentally! He answers prayers truly. Just wanted to let you guys know my experience after having our first!!

God will provide in His timing. I know the struggle to keep the faith, but I’ve learned through my infertility, miscarriages, and double rainbow baby that God truly provides in better timing than we could ever imagine. I’ll be praying for you guys.

Love watching you guys !! Me and my husband were trying too and we did the frida at home fertility kit and I got pregnant that month we did it. Can’t 100% percent say it was that because yes god has his perfect timining but sending prayers and baby dust yall way!! You and Taylor are amazing parents!!
One thing you cant do is stress about when you will get pregnant. I never thought I would get pregnant because i wanted to have mine younger but here i am 34 and pregnant with my first child. I didn’t track everything this time around and I am due in may with a baby boy. 💙
