Bannan is ridiculously good for this league. I would go as far to say he wouldn't look out of place at a Premiership club
Brentford offered him a contract when they got promoted, the same year we got relegated and he turned it down to stay with us. He’s a die hard owl through and through now he loves us

Bannan really shouldn't be playing in league 1 but he's a Wednesday man through and through... he's a rare breed.. a player who genuinely love's his club more than Money
U should be proud of ur team we just had that touch of class that was the only difference. When I watched the game live it looked like a stonewall pen, but after watching it back I can see why it wasn't given. Good luck for the rest of the season if u show up like that u will give anyone a game.

Without sounding at all disrespectful and as a football as well as Wednesday fan Bannon should be in a side much higher than league 1. Some Wednesday fans, unbelievably still whinge about him but he is absolutely class. The problem is others aren't on his wavelength.

I thought your team defended resolutely despite relentless pressure for much of the first half and until Bannan's goal I was nervous that you'd equalise.

Bannan's had loads of offers from the championship and premier league. I'm sure I speak for every Wednesday fan when I say that I cant believe he's still with us. Proves his loyalty to the club - which you don't see much in football anymore. its always a pleasure to watch him. hope you had a good time at Hillsborough though, good luck for the rest of the season 👍⚽

Great Vlog! I'm an Argyle fan and so was rooting for you guys today - but as we realised on Tuesday, Bannan is playing two leagues below his capability and the rest of their squad are amazing too. Wednesday will probably end up as Champions.

@@James-yy4vl People like Geoff and TC are why my love of the game is waning. Such short memories to forget how far Moore has brought us since the beginning of last season where he basically had to identify and bring in 15+ high quality players within a matter of weeks with virtually no money to spend. The squad we have now (as even opposition fans/managers admit) is ridiculously good for League One, and a large part of that comes down to Moore's reputation and man management. It's not even like we've been lucky or scraped into the position we're in, we're actually playing really good football while winning. We're lucky to have him. Some people just aren't happy if we aren't 3-0 up in the first 20 minutes every game. There's no pleasing that lot.

Good report kid. Speaking as a Wednesday fan you're correct in saying we're shaky at the back. It will cost us dearly at the end of the season. Bannan's goal was good but from where I was sat on the kop, it looked to be going high, wide and handsome at first. Personally, I thought Dele-Bashiru's goal was better, selling a dummy, spinning and then hitting it home. Those sorts of goals are so difficult. Keep up the good work mate

Great Vlog! I always like to see opposition fan Vlogs from Hillsborough. I’d say Cheltenham are a better side this time around and if you keep up your good home record you will be fine and have an enjoyable season. But you are right about Bannan he is exceptionally good at this level. If our defence was as good as our attack we’d be cruising this league. But it isn’t 😬
