- Chaos erupted near a busy intersection in Lakeview early Monday morning, more than 12 hours after the Chicago Pride Parade had wrapped up peacefully Sunday afternoon. NBC Chicago’s Jenn Schanz reports.

I wish "they" could see what we see, like violence/killing, doing gang robberies, etc. done over and over by a bunch of "them." Sadly, "they" seem to have no pride and no self-awareness, to name 2. Glad to see the Chicago police with billy clubs where no one got shot and the city didn’t get sued and no one got paid! I went to a gathering in lake Zurich and there were no blacks and no chaos! Had a fantastic time.

their reporting needs to be a little more specific. they say several hours after the pride parade. the parade ended at 2pm, it gets dark around 8:30-9pm. with that in mind, the attendees of the pride parade were probably not the bulk of the offenders. reporting needs to get better at just spitting facts and not spinning narrative. the pride parade didn't even need to be mentioned, it's like the news wanted to associate this criminal behavior with the parade.
This. I live in the neighborhood. And people were driving in at those times to start their street party. They didn't clear out until 5am.
Everyone who lives in the area or came for the parade were long gone.
