@@Toystheyrenot Asian shops are always treassure chests for me. I had seen so many videos. No shopfront, somewhere hidden in a building like an appartment, but as soon as you step in there it´s like going through the rabbit hole.😉
Oh my gosh those yokes in the case 🤤🤤🤤 wow!!!! That place is huge! I’m guilty of not having gone to a real RC shop in years, I need to help support the last shop we have where I live 🙄
This place is overwhelming and you really need to go in with a clear idea of what you are looking for. Also, yes! It’s important to help support your local hobby store.👍😊
Oh boy.... this makes me feel like ten years old all over again!! 🤣 The feeling of walking into a well stocked model shop, confronted by all that gorgeous box art, and all those spares and hop ups is simply bliss!! Since getting back into the hobby 3 or 4 years ago I've purchased everything through model shops on ebay.... Its just not the same experience as actually walking into a real shop. Sadly, there's not a huge amount of places like this left in the UK, and certainly nowhere close enough to be economically viable to travel to. The Internet is convenient, but I do sincerely miss this..... a sign of the times I guess. Cheers for sharing Sean, I do hope you bought at least one kit on this visit mate! 😉 👍 👍 👍
Oh yes.. I left the store broke but happy. Finally got myself a real Sand Scorcher to replace my Frog Scorcher.😂 Also picked up a limited edition Kyosho Ultima. Just couldn’t resist the great domestic prices there.. I did tell myself that the BBX would be my last RC.😅 Yes, nothing quite like walking into a brick and mortar shop. I too miss the good old days of retail back home.. like going into a major record store for instance. Somehow in Japan, HMV, Tower Records and RC store are all still well and alive.👍😊

"This will be my last kit" 😂 🤣 Been there, got the t shirt, stop kidding yourself Sean.... its an addiction that will win you over every time trust me, I speak from experience! 🤣 And yeah, totally agree on the 'real' record shop thing..... I dee jayed/mixed all through the nineties and early naughties..... I still buy all my music on vinyl, but really miss the whole experience of going into an actual record shop, sifting through the racks, and listening to a tune on a technics 1210 turntable before I bought it!! 🤣 👍 👍 👍
