INTENT CUSTOM GYMNASTICS GRIPS WEBSITE www.intentgymn... Intent Gymnastics grips company reached out to me and sent and made some custom rings grips for me to try out and here is my review. They make each pair custom made to the gymnast's specific measurements by using a sizing tool that measures the distance of your hand and also the size of your finger holes. You can also request other preferences if you'd like and the have grips for women's uneven bars, men's high bar or horizontal bar and still rings. A nice product and thanks so much to Misha at Intent Gymnastics! I am actually looking into ordering from Intent for my son’s grips. It seems like most of the brands out there do not fit his hands very well, they all seem to be too big as he is on the smaller side.

I started recently using these. Before i just used bare hand false grip. But they feel really awkward

They can take a little while/a few practices to get used to, but in the long run when you are doing bigger swing type skills, it will be better

Hey ringking its primo idk if you remember me but a was wondering if they are having open gym this Friday and if so what time and if there are any restrictions?

Hey Primo, of course i remember you lol. I quit working there back in October and am retired from coaching. I would think they still have their friday open gyms from 8:30-10:30PM and don't believe they have any covid restrictions. I also think Premier has them still but not sure of the night. I've been working out at my friend's gym, Spartan Gymnastics, but they don't have any open workouts yet. Hope things are well and I wish you the best with your training!

@@ringskingalright well i just started to get back into things after getting hit by the car so feel free to let me know when they do because id love a new environment to train for my sports im in the process of streaming irl extreme sports live on twitch now but i have a long way to relearn air awareness and proper flips and rotations

@@ringsking I called premier doesn't have open gym anymore and all American no one is answering the phone been calling gymnastics facilities all over but no luck so that's a big rip any ideas who would still be doing it for adults?
