One of them knows exactly how to play and the other guy has been learning. The guy who knows how to play also likes to play hyper aggressive, hence a ten splitter vs a dealer low. A lot of people freak out at that, but an actual card counter would also split 10s on a dealer bust card if the count was right. I haven't seen the 10 split yet but I am sure I know which one of them does it and that it's vs a dealer bust card. One thing people don't consider is that "the book" might be written by the casino. And by might be, I mean definitely obviously is. The advantage play that gets counters kicked out mostly involves, besides the count of course, the way they bet. Going from $25 to $500 and then splitting 10s for 1k would have the pit boss on ya like flys on sht. Pressing advantage like a madman is how you win. Don't have to be a perfect counter to realize when there has been a shit ton of low cards and it's due for 10s and press advantage
dealer would of had 21 if you didn't split those 10's
