Absolutely genius design! Laundry hampers ususally occupy valuable floor space, and this solution is visually attractive while separating the laundry with smart ventilation. There is a market for these!

Awesome idea! If you put hinges and a latch on the bottom panel you can empty the baskets without needing to take them off the wall.

Brilliant project, I really thought you were going to make the boxes so that the bottoms of the linen boxes would open, so you wouldn't have to keep taking them off the wall, every time you wanted to do laundry, but then I realized , you would be covered in dirty laundry, so you would need another box to catch it all in. Sometimes I have these stupid ideas. Xxxxxxxxx

I use old gift cards, credit cards, or a small dry spone for the silicone scrapper. Give them a try for many shop cleanups. And you can clean them or just throw them out.
These are so fun and great! I'd love to make them myself...I at least have illustrator!
For anyone without access to CNC, you may be able to find 'decorative panels' with some sort of shaped holes, you may need to make a siimple frame for them as they are not very thick.
Alternately, again with a frame, but thin strips of wood in a lattice arrangement ;)

Your work is always so spot-on, Christina. I love the design & the use of materials other than plastic in this area. I am a little concerned however (from my experience as both a mother & a klutz) that those little pointy bits at the opening will catch on laundry & get knocked off in time. Perhaps a single curve might be a better choice for the opening? Looking forward to your next project & seriously considering unpacking my new baby table saw for some projects of my own.
I get what you say but I don't think this will be a problem since I sanded and rounded them over a little. But yes, a simple circular opening wouldn't bring any problems for sure! Go ahead, I want to see that blade running cutting some wood! Be safe!!

Removable bottom will be in this case good update. So you don't need hang baskets down, every time you need empty it. But still good work.

If you made the bottom of each basket to be able to opened you would not need to remove them from the wall. the down fall would be that another basket would be needed to empty those into. The project is an awesome idea.
Use a foldable crate for that :)

you could also put a door and hinges on the bottom so you just have to open the bottom and the washing falls out!
