All of my life off and on I have struggled to forgive myself of past sins and bad choices. The enemy is so good at bringing them all back to your memory and tries to make you feel like you will never be forgiven by God. This song is a beautiful way to express what the precious blood of Jesus does to wash us white as snow; as if it never happened. So, my encouragement to anyone who is reading this is that anytime the enemy tries to convince you that Jesus' blood wasn't enough to cleanse you; just speak the words, "Jesus' blood that He shed on the cross is more than enough to forgive me of my sins in the past, present and future!
Thank you so much for posting that because I too have experienced the same shame and depression and feelings of worthlessness over my sins and repetitive failures iny life's journey ..So as I sit alone worshipping God in my place without another person to share life with that loves me for me in companionship I have Jesus and that's what counts. But I would love to have someone in my life again to love like the one I lost a year ago that I would have married had her health and the circumstances been different. I'm thankful for the times we shared. I don't know if God will open the doors for the reminder of this life for someone to be that perfect someone but I'm content to finish my course as is. But really wish I had a fellowshipping godly wholesome loving stable woman to be with me
