When a pianist plays from the heart, they touch the soul of the listener. Thank you for sharing your performance of this piece. Beautiful!!
After Gould's one I did not think to find any similar performance, but this one is definitely wonderful. Thanks!
Thank you!
Gould IS a cold player, without émotion. His playing IS juste in a strict tempo!
I agree! Loved it! So much space and subtle experssion. Life. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Bravo!
Incredible precision.
I can not play a single note on the piano nor can I read music but I CAN recognise a high quality performance such as this one !
And that is why I always come back to your channel Vadim. Thanks again !! Greetings from Australia !
Jan S im sure you could play every note on piano haha
Can't play but we can hear beautiful music like this. Absolute pleasure gifted from God.
Such a wonderful perfomance! Thank you for this gift.
Magnificent! No pedal that I could tell, precision, such expressive ornaments, and shaping. Who could ask for more? I imagine if the critics on this list were looking for some bombastic performance instead of beautiful subtlety, they might have had a hard time getting into it. But I, and I'd like to think others with a discerning ear had our hearts dancing and weeping with such a masterfully joyous performance.
Beautiful and witty... music and touch
delightful... absolutely delightful.
Absolutely exquisite and refined performance.
Marvelous performances !!! Thank you .
3:00 God, so beautiful

Absolutely beautiful. I just started learning this piece and was looking for a good example performance.
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you. Beauty still exist
I listen to this piece of art every day.
Lovely performance.
03:41 The beat is a bit slow. On the contrary, it's so human that it's so good.
Very enjoyable to listen to, Vadim: Thank you so much!
Interesting interpretation and outstanding clarity.
The adagio was featured in Designated Survivor, S1E12. Such lovely music!
>. Un grande Grazie a Vadim Chaimovich !!
Since I heard for the first time his performance of Grieg's 'Arietta' , Vadim Chaimovich became my all time favourite player of Grieg's masterpieces.
Thank you! :-)
Bravísimo! felicitaciones
Bravissimo! I can't wait to hear you live!

you are Brilliant
Me encanta ❤️
Adagio 😭
Thank you Vadim for rendering music even more exceptional than it already is. Your performances are breathtaking. They are very " personal" to me and inimitable. You definitely have your own style of playing and I never get bored of listening to you play. I particularly love how you play Chopin. So delicately. Thanks again. xx Yoan
Majestuoso
Perfeito 👏👏
This piece sounds better on piano then harpsichord. The melody stands out.
But the original Obie concerto is even better, the wind instrument give a beautiful dimension to most baroque pieces.
Ti prego vieni in Italia
In Russia as well
"You were good, kid, real good. But as long as (Gould is) around, you'll only be second best, see."
I can live with that ;-)
No. Gould is overrated - he's not communicating, he's playing for himself usually with quirky strange emPHAsis on the wrong sylLAble. THIS reached me.
Rubish!!
I remember Christian Grey
He Says I thought I was the only one who came here bcs of him
Me to
Excuse me !is there anyone can help me where can I get this sheet music ?I can't wait to playing this song ,thank you so much !

as great as Richter!
beautiful and Slava Ukraini
where are the oboe and strings?!
This is not the original Mercello oboe concerto, this is a piano arrangement by J.S. Bach :-)
And again a pianist who doesn't have any idea how to play baroque music. No matter how good this is played (which it is!), it looses a lot when not performed with a baroque attitude.
