Hi guys i want to know where we find reasonable home for rent in the neighborhood portland or neighborhood cities of portland..where transportation r smooth and greenary also visible. Cost rent max 1400$. I hav a family.TIA
Hey, you left out a large portionion (25%) of the Portland metro area in your analysis. East Multnomah County, population 162,000. Gresham/Troutdale/Fairview. It has the most reasonably price homes in the area. All within 20 miles of downtown Portland with good public transportation and good freeway acess. .
How in the world did happy valley not make the list? Happy valley has the highest median income per household and is the fastest growing city in the entire state of Oregon. Hmmmm.
Living in Portland Oregon what is like over the hill oh Johnson Creek Blvd on southeast side right off I-205? What do you think of that area? Is it Portalnd or Clackamas?
Hi there! I've been watching your videos since I planned to move to Portland. I finally am going to move there and it's around N WHITAKER RD PORTLAND, OR 97217 area. I'm looking for 1 bed room near this address. I'd appreciate if you can provide some more information about renting. Thx!
The Portland Oregon Metro Area holds 50 percent of Oregon state Population. While Rural areas in Oregon Holds 50 percent of the population of Oregon State. 2.2 million people live in the Portland Oregon Metropolitan Area 2.1 million people live in rural areas or other metro areas and cities in oregon 2.2 million people + 2.1 million people = Oregon has a population of 4.3 million people (2020)
There are quite a few areas it just depends on where you want to be? But our top areas are Irvington, Lake Oswego, West Linn (lot of NBA players here and Lake oswego) And one of our favorite areas we have sold a few homes is in Sherwood Oregon Parrett Mountain Estates. We Have the Luxury market dialed in and have the best luxury tours. Reach out and we can set something up for you! We can also provide personal videos of homes/areas as well! Reach out anytime 503-837-3454 email info@realagentnow.com
I grew up in West Linn and it's my personal opinion that it's being ruined as we speak; waiting for it to become as depressing and ugly as Wilsonville (which WAS a part of WL until it got too big....Hell I don't think Stafford exists anymore, does it?). WL has lost its small town, everyone knows everyone feel, and I'm sorry but there IS still an attractiveness in that. Really nice video though....first time running across you----Thank you for sharing.
Great video! Thank you for this.
What you do is AMAZING.. can we talk about the work you put into these videos!!! *OUTSTANDING*
haha man thanks so much i really appreciate that because it takes a lot of work!! But so glad you like and thanks so much for the comments!!
I agree. Great content!
man i appreciate this video so much. thank you
We used to live between Milwaukie and Oak Grove. Nice area! Easy commute to downtown.
YaY 😁 we finally moved/made it to Vancouver and so far so good. Very excited to explore Vancouver & Portland. Thanks guys!!!
Going to be working in Tigard. Don't mind a commute as we lived in Houston for years with an hour to an hour and a half commute each way
Oh ya I lived in houston for 2.5 years and i remember that traffic, brutal! Welcome!!
It's gotten so bad in the north part of Houston, The Woodlands/Spring area, I would totally avoid the area from 2pm to 7pm LoL
@@SammysMom oh ya and i lived south of houston, the drive home was 5 times longer than my early morning drive!
Do you have info on Oak grove? I may consider it if there’s a bridge over the willamette to LO. Any info on that?
what size houses are getting the most competition? bigger home (1500 sq ft and up) for families or smaller sized ones?
mainly has to do with price range. anything in the $350k range goes so fast
Where did you get the "postcard" template for this video. Good stuff! Thanks in advance.
Looking at the pic? Thinking Pittock Mansion

It did its at the end! I saved it for last because of that reason and I totally agree with you!! Also honorable mention is Sherwood Oregon
Where would you recommend someone in their early 20s who’s looking to rent, meet new younger people? (not families) lol
Slabtown in Northwest Portland for sure!!
Maybe add time-stamped description in your videos? Viewers would greatly appreciate it
Why didn’t Forest Grove get on the list?! I mean we have Pacific University

Unfortunately we dont work with rentals because they are not syndicated through the MLS. But if you go to www.hotpads.com that is the best
