      Hi, I have one question. While you keep it to cool for a couple of hours or overnight, do u keep it in fridge or place it outside itself ? And does it automatically change its color to slightly burnt ?

      I keep it refrigerated. When it is at room temp the texture changes. The burnt color hasn't changed in my experience. In my case, the burnt parts are the top and slightly burned on the sides. I have learned to work with my oven to make this happen 😊

    Good day! Savor Easy, I made this today, I used the brand Phillidephia Cream cheese limited edition "Caramilk" flavour, it took a little more longer to cook but it turned out quite well.yummy 😋, 👍

    Greetings! Your recipe looks v simple, thank you! I saw another chef run what looked like a blow torch over the cake surface before sticking it in the oven. Any idea what this step is all about? I am curious. Anyway, thank goodness your way doesnt even need an electric blender much less a welding instrument. Ha ha. Pardon my ignorance.

    Looks delicious. I’m going to try and make a keto version by substituting the sugar with Swerve and the cake flour with almond flour. I hope it turns out as good as yours.

      Cleofe Gualberto if you made it without xantham then what flour substitute did you add? Also what about sugar substitute. I am new to keto.

      @@annieali7843i didn't use any flour substitute. As for the sweetener i used erythritol with stevia.. 50gms only coz i made it 80g still too sweet for me.

    Looks so good! And actually easy to make. I’m going to try this with all purpose flour since I don’t have cake flour. Will this work the same if I use low fat cream cheese as well?

      You can make a cake flour substitute. Remove 2tbsp from a cup of APF, then add 2tbsp cornstarch.

      @@bonneivycanizares3225 i burned it a little than it should be. And i think it needs sour cream or a pinch of salt or lemon, or maybe the brand of cream cheese i used was not good. I used anchor cream cheese since Philadelphia is not available here.

    Hi,
    I have made this recipe(halved) a couple of times and it turns out amazingly delicious. However, I notice the sides as well as the bottom hardly change any color by the time top turns Golden brown(approx 45 mins as my baking pan is deep). Would you suggest using single parchment lining? Or does something else needs to be changed?
    Plz advise.

      Yes. Your best bet for this recipe is APF if CF can't be found.

    I made a mixtake I Forgot to put the whipply cream and I put the mixture on the oven.🙁 after 5 min realize i took the mixture out of the oven and added the whippy cream I am still waiting for the results. It turn out pretty good taste almost the same as a pie de queso but less sweet.

    Hi, thank you for your straight forward recipe. It was very easy to follow. However, I don't know what went wrong coz as my cheesecake was cooling down there was moisture coming out from the bottom of the cheesecake.
