Thank you for a very thorough demo. I love the finely grated carrots. Carrot cake will be a breeze. I usually have to hand grate them - which takes forever. Not any more 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Thank you so much ❤ I have had my processor for about 12 months but have never used the slicing and shredding discs! Mainly because I think you need to see them demonstrated rather than just reading the handbook that is supplied with the machine. However, I have been spurred on to find out how they work after slicing a piece of flesh of one of my fingers earlier this week😮 Now, thanks to you, I will enjoy using my discs instead of my chefs knife 😊

what abt dicing into cubes
Why do you put the beating/whipping/emulsifying disc in the machine first, when you slice or shred??? No need for that at all. You only put that disc in when you whisk egg whites or cream, etc.
