Being italian sometimes I give things like these for granted and watching someone react like this to the products of the Italian territory makes me so happy! That brunch btw looks so BOMB!

Gabiekook and her husband seem to be getting along really well in terms of their preferences in cooking and food in general. It’s great to see the succeed in their respective careers. They’ve come along so far.
Three things: First, I don’t even eat mushrooms but that brunch looked insanely good and made me super hungry! Second, really hope Mr. Z and you get to cook together and try each other’s dishes. And third, don’t ever stop adding the cows 🐄 when eating lol it really never gets old. Always makes me laugh.
The interesting thing is I don't even need to know what it tastes like becase @6:38, I felt that. Josh felt the love coming from the food! Great video!
I love this couple🙏❤️🥰 they are everything they needs to be happy!!! Both nice people, humble and always appreciative. Her being a great chef multi lingual and they are both beautiful is added bonus!!! Don’t worry about the baby, bc baby will come when you are least expected!!

i miss videos with the jolly family 🫶🏻 I was watching old videos on the channel with Rev Chris, Juno, Lizzie, etc. and miss the videos with them so much. Also when they appeared on Gabie’s or different channels - it felt like a crossover episode to see the family unite ❤️
I wish you could've been there with them during the Jolly trip to Italy with Lord Z! You would have been able to appreciate things so much more and I would have loved to see your reaction to everything.
I love that Josh has started doing this thing when he’s especially excited or happy about a food where he makes a show of taking a bite without holding it with his hands, it’s so funny lol! Looks delicious as always!!

I live vicariously through your food videos since I don't have a decent place to live or be able to get back to cooking and baking because of circumstances beyond my control. But thank you for making me sane in this crazy world because of it.
We also brought back Parmesan cheese from Parma when we went to Italy. I can honestly say that the cheese from Parma is as good as Josh and Gabie raved about.
Of course master chef gets to play with the new ingredients 😬 wonder what else they’re gonna cook up with the parm and the balsamic but I’m sure it’ll be delicious!
Parmigiana Reggiano cheese at 1:15. The king of all cheeses. Every chef knows about it yet there are few non-chefs who have ever heard of it. Even the rind is good in soups, stews, and sauces.
Ah yes! Gabie does the same kind of scrambled eggs I do! Hands down my favourite way of cooking scrambled eggs. Josh bringing back a wedge of cheese reminds me of my family bringing back 10kg of cheese from Holland to Singapore, a whole carry on just for cheese.
My father’s family came to the US from Italy in the 1930s. They lived in a part of our city that was almost entirely Italian. A few times a year their street would import a wheel of Parmesan from Italy and divide it up. When I was a kid, any time you walked into your family’s or a neighbor’s house the matriarch was cooking and insisted you eat; I can still smell those kitchens now. And oh my gosh the bakeries, and freshly-scraped Italian ices in the mom-and-pop stores. My father’s parents’ generation and most people in his are gone now and so are most of their traditions.
Thankfully my local grocery stores sell 2yr aged Parmigiano Reggiano wedges (the labels claim as much), but I've been sooo jealous of everyone getting to experience the quality 5yr straight from the source 😭
