Last few yrs pro street is booming at OBX Rod and Custom Festival 200-265 Fat tire cars!Registartion opens Jan 1 2024 12am if your first to register at OBCRC.com you get a prize.So will i see you in 2024? 1st weekend in may.Largest pro street gathering on east coast. Show 1st started in 2019 35 pro street cars that i hang around last few yrs number is off the charts.
Several meeting hangout places i only have on video what i saw my normal area,theres manteo,kellys..........All money raise for registration goes to charity all makes n models are welcome $50.00 ya just cant beat it. Outer Banks North Carolia

Give me an old school blower anytime those big table top landing pads gotta go !

Question: Why do you see very few Corvettes at these events? In general they are not chosen by fans of elaborate vintage cars. Why?

Because Corvettes where considered a rich mans car back in the 60s and 70s so no one chose them to hotrod, they were more of a road race car. GM didn't mass produce them like they did say Nova's and Camaro's. Also they are heavy so people generally don't use them for drag racing. The older 60s Vettes are highly collectable and bring big $$.
