If you don't assign corridors, no one cleans it. Also the cleaning rooms need a continuous corridor within the clinic so the cleaner knows which dept they work in, I think

Tip: to diagnose patients correctly, you can access the menu: "Possible Diagnoses", open the table with all possible diagnoses and see which of them fits the departments you have. The game is made in such a way that patients who cannot be treated in your hospital do not come, so you can diagnose them based on the departments you already have.

I think you could have some disinfectant dispenser next to the exit of the rooms. And as a other income a pharmacy outside?

Another thing, under admin, you need to assign a doctor to control. Then you can work the objective

If you are looking at expanding the clinics maybe build up. Though that is one of the things i always felt was missing in the base game. Where are the stairs? Elevators are fine but trying to build a hospital without stairs is just... weird.

Yeah 100% going to go upwards soon, definitely would be better with stairs that's for sure haha 😂🩵
