- It was a warm day at the nest and there was little shade for E23 to take cover in - until Mom comes down and becomes a Mombrella and shade E23 with her mighty wings. E23 & Mom share some adorable moments together as E23 gently nips her wing shoulder and F23 will touch E23's head. E23 is chittering and tries to find shade so puts its head under F23's wings - and whilst underneath her - finds another object of affection - her wing feathers. E23 positions itself to get as much shade as possible from Mom 💗
F23 looks beautiful in her heraldic wing spread offering as much shade as she can to E23 and to cool off. Later she will head to the attic and we have some nice closeups of her beauty! Thank you for watching!

It is clearly obvious that F23 is enjoying being a mum. She is so devoted to E23 and she proved that how well she protected him/her from the recent bad weather.
She may have taken food from the nest to eat herself lately, but i guess that is part of a lesson she is trying to teach E23 regarding protecting your food/prey.
F23 & M15 are brilliant parents and are doing a fantastic job together rearing E23 and teaching everything he/she needs to know

I went from the dislike of F23 for stealing food from E's 21 & 22 to watching her become the mate to M15, to him showing / teaching her many things... from her seeing her 1st egg not able to hatch, to watching her 2nd egg hatch and helping to raise her & guide her..My heart changed so fast watching her mature into a very good mom & mate 💖 TY Lady Hawk💖 Pritchett Family❤SWFEC❤DPRE❤
E23 is so much loved by mum and dad ❤Lucky beautiful eaglet😊🦅🌼. M15 sure knows how to pick his mates. I worried after we lost Harriet....she was such a a good Mom and provider. But F23 is right up there just as good as she was. This video brought tears to my eyes but they were happy tears. Great video Lady Hawk.

Thank you Lady Hawk !!❤ I been watching since E-9 and I am sad about 1- big thing with this nest. The traffic noise is so loud it has gotten more loud every year. Really a sad thing 🥲 . More and more nature (trees, etc)
gone to block human noise. Most nest I watch you can hear nature so clear and beautiful. 🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲
While watching this live I must confess I took almost 50 screenshots 😂 it was so precious because E23 is at the age and size now where these moments will become fewer and far between so I'm cherishing them whilst I can ❤ E and F definitely have a special bond and thanks Lady Hawk for always catching these perfect moments in time! ❤🦅💙🦅🩷🦅

Mama and kiddo look so lovely together. It's been so cute lately the way E's taken an interest in
feathers, notably mom's. 🪶 Only my opinion but I believe E is a girl. Maybe she sees mom as
some sort of fashionista! Her wing span alone could cause a solar eclipse.😎
