@@laxxboy20 So whenever someone uses an LB, he makes a comment like "They are unleashing their true power! But will it help them?" or "They are pulling out all the stops! Will it help though!" things like that. I have even seen him say the LB line when it was canceled.
I think it's pretty remarkable that every boss had a unique theme, whereas in Pandaemonium we'd get maybe 2 per tier. I'm going to have to give the nod to the 4th boss music, though. The lyrics really elevate it for me.
Im thinking that the first or 3rd boss themes will be the phase 2 music of the 4th fight, but with actual vocals. I just hope we dont have a doorboss and a true phase 2 of the boss fight.

The way this raid tier just added to the joke of Dawn Trail being Pokemon Scarlet and Violet lol. I liked these raids a lot, the 3rd one was the only kind of meh one for me, the other 3 I really enjoyed.
The first two battles were chaotic so I very much welcomed how straight forward the 3rd battle was. This only served to enhance (ah hah) my enjoyment for the final battle.

The raid tier is definitely a step up from the trials. The dungeons have been so bland and boring, it's good to see they aren't holding back on the raids.
Bland and boring? I've had a ton of fun with the dungeons, they're much more energetic than previous expansions' dungeons. Strayborough might just be my straight up favorite dungeon ever.
@@Xbob42 Strayborough is the worst one, imo. The first boss is a bullet hell, and the last two are snooze fests. Those two are so boring I couldnt even tell you what they are, I can only remember the first one because its the ONLY thing in that dungeon that I actually had to pay a tiny bit of attention. Compare that to Dead Ends... Idk. Dead ends was interesting all the way through the first week, because it would wipe your party if you weren't paying attention. One of the stand outs in shadowbringers was Anamnesis Anyder. All three bosses were interesting, and it has one of the biggest mob pulls in the game, aside from Mt Gulg. I could probably list off almost every dungeon except the last couple endwalker ones, Smileton, and Amaurot given enough time.

@@Xbob42 It seems so. I want mechanics that straight kill my dark knight, not mechanics that I can get 8 stacks and still solo the boss. My gripes might also be because tank mits/heals and Healer heals are way too powerful in the game, but dungeon design is also a factor. It stems from trying to cater a little too much to casuals. So the classes are made too easy to play, and the dungeons are made boring and easy. This also goes hand in hand with the homogenization of classes too. They either need to nerf tanks and healers, or make mechanics more punishing.
@@boredbales12345The tanks and healer mitigation and heals potency are tuned to survive Savage level fights - of course dungeons won't clap your cheeks for a single mistake. Eliminator will still murder any non-tank from like 70%, and the dodges are *tight* for a normal. In the end, non-raiders are meant to clear the dungeons with maybe a wipe or two - there's a separate category of sweaty content for a reason.

This is one of the most creative raid tiers I’ve seen in XIV. I’m loving it.
I hope the Savage delivers on all of what the Normal raids promise cause I’m so fuckin hype for this tier.
I should have known they would do a WWE/Wreslting theme because Japan LOVES this theme.
One of the parts I love is that there is actual dynamic color commentary from the announcer that changes based on what happens in the fight.
I hope we get an Arcadion crystalline conflict arena with the same idea

This whole raid reminded me of Street Fighter 6, it was awesome and fun I liked the music too. The last boss however was a bit crazy! 😂😂
