So glad to see this. While I didn’t enjoy the fight all that much, El Ballidor is the most underrated character in the game. His monologue about how depressing life in the Underground is, and how he tries to brighten it up with dance, plus a bit of character development when he realises not everyone wants to dance and that it’s okay? Plus, he has such a fantastic design and cool music. Best mini-boss in the game.
I love both, Decibat and ElBailador, truly feels like the two differents sides of the same coin, both minibosses just showing different ways of how they enjoy the lifes: one seeking for calm and silence and the other energetic and loud, but is noticeable that they understood each other, one of the reasons they separate (explained by ElBailador that looks like they used to live together)
I know that his boss fight is really frustrating (I may be the only one who actually enjoyed his boss fight) and he doesn't play a big role in the game, but I don't think that he deserves all the hate he gets... I find him to be really entertaining for the five minutes of screentime he gets, and might honestly be my favorite character in the game But yeah, not only does this animation perfectly captures the spirit of this character and his fight, it also looks insanely good! Thank you a lot for shedding some positive light on El Bailador with this animation! He definitely needs it right now 😔
@@consolemayhemthestarcollec1308 Yeah, from what I’ve seen people aren’t too fond of El Bailador at the moment, really only because of the gameplay of the boss fight, but I guess that for most players that fight is a huge and sudden difficulty spike, which often leaves a sour impression on any casual players who aren’t too familiar with mechanics similar to the ones seen in his fight, but like to be fair he was at least more fun to fight than the Final Boss in the Genocide 1.0.0 before they added the ACT heal, like holy hell I had to repeat that fight after I got really far into it because it was literally impossible to telegraph the attacks and I had no healing items left so I’d die time and time again… But eh, to each their own right 🤷
@@LincWithaC Honestly, pacifist Axis served as the real difficulty spike for me. I had 3 heals including the item next to the save point, but after understanding each attack pattern of the beginning, it became a lot easier.
Fun fact:EL Bailador and decibat were neighbors but argue all the time because El Baildor wanted loud sounds all the time and Decibat wanted no sound all the time.
