For $4,000 this lack of quality control is unacceptable.

These were mainly for the first batch. The factory got feedback from a lot of riders saying they liked the central "notch" when riding so they slightly overtightened them. Annoying but fixable. Comparatively these scooters are right at the top for quality in the scooter market, definitely worth trying one out 👍

@@RIDEGLIDE But still $4.000.. it is a joke for sure! Dont make me laugh. Buy somenthing with $4.000 to fix it... Good joke Bro.
I Agree, is unacceptable with any product, no respect at all for customers.
From China only products without any quality control even in these days. This is ONE of Many examples.

@@thextube This industry is still so new. There are lots of issues to contend with but the quality generally is on the up and if you speak to a lot of owners of these scooters, they absolutely love them. Its each to their own i guess 👍

@@RIDEGLIDE And a lot of owners dislike. Being new isn't not a excuse for bad quality vs price. You can try to find excuses for that, but many people felt a deception after received and see so many issues. That kind of words is valid to blind people. That's why HERE you see many people complaining about bad quality and you trying to get ridiculous excuses.
Imagine in these days buying a car and once at home seeing issues the dealer tell you, now fix it. What a joke.

mine starts getting crampy and not smooth when it rests a lot (a week or two). I go 50 km and then the problem goes away. if it rests again, the problem occurs. why?

You need to use WD40 on the bearing from under. Be carefull there is rare case of stem breaking so Check if everything is not dusty, loose or overtight

Why Numi scooters are missing from the Israeli market?
I saw at Alibaba Numi burn e 2 and burn e 2 max, is that a legit Numi scooters? Would you recommend buying from them and if so, who can provide service?

I didn't find having to work on my Nami unacceptable. I knew going in this vehicle was built by a tiny company and built by hand. I like being able to talk to Michael Sha directly. He has helped me with a few issues. I've received excellent service and support from this small team. If none of this sounds acceptable, this scooter is not for you. Don't buy it. Move along.

It is part of an evolving industry. The machines are complex and sometimes do require some adjustment but overall they are amazing scooters and really good quality 👍

Some people like the "notch" but most don't. We adjust everyone before it leaves the shop so its not a problem here but some don't so worth knowing how if you need to. You can always pop into a retailer and they can sort it. With the types of products there are sometimes things that may need adjustment, its an evolving market and Nami are at the forefront of that 👍

If its just stiff then that may work, if its overtightened and there is a "notch" it will need loosening 👍

NAH, i left mine as it is for safety, it will break in naturally as u add more kilometers to it.. if it ain't broke don't fix it

Having the notch can actually make it more dangerous if you have to make a turn quickly. Also it can wear down the bearing and create a flat spot from being clamped down to hard. Some people do like it though 👍

      @RIDE & GLIDE
People are snapping their steering stem, shearing clean off from not tightening it enough
The notch is due to dirty bearing or dried lock tight getting into it
Also red lock tight is also a must

With these types of products there are sometimes adjustments to be made. We loosen them all before they go out from here but some places don't. In a market that is moving so fast its hard to find a better company than Nami and owner, Michael Sha who is so transparent with his projects 👍
